Parkplatz war bei Buchung inkl, sie wollten ihn jedoch verrechnen. Nach Abklärungen wurde der Parkplatz nicht verrechnet

Pros:

Breakfast is nice lots of choices and very clean. The guy refilling the breakfast area needs to be guided in manners he just cuts you off to get to where he is going no excuse me pardon me. Sonora (I hope I got her name right) was so amazing she greets people with a good morning has a smile on her face and was checking to make sure people were ok and asking if anything was needed. She made breakfast so amazing. Location wise there is plenty of food across the way if you choose to not drive, if not everything is within a few miles.

Cons:

I booked a 2 bedroom room when I went to check in the guy said you booked a 1 bedroom suite I was like no it says NO we do not have 2 bedroom rooms, yet that is how it is listed on the hotel and on my booking.com reservation. felt like he was ridiculing me. I asked if one of the carts was available to unload and take our belongings to our room the front desk clerk said he would have someone wheel one over then never did we just waited like fools. On our way up we got stuck in the elevator we were on the second floor, the elevator came to a stop and would not move doors would not open, it would not go down finally had to go up to the 3rd floor where we took the stairs down to the second floor. This only happened once to us. On our second night there was a bunch of hotel patrons bumping music, screaming and drinking at the pool (pool closes at 9pm) they were in there till 11pm a hotel employee passed by and just let it happen.

Comfortable, convenient place to stay for a work trip
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean, appreciated having breakfast included, the pool area was very nice. There are a couple places to grab food right next door, which was very convenient.

If you need a how’s close to the airport, I would highly recommend this location! Friendly staff, clean rooms!
Pros:

We needed a hotel close to SJC, and this perfectly for the bill.

Cons:

In the evening, I wouldn’t be out walking after dark.

We found this hotel because of other reviews, the airport shuttle and included breakfast, and it was perfect and did not
Pros:

I loved the large magnolia trees and walkways. The property is close to the airport and a gas station. Our room had a balcony.

Cons:

My only complaint is the positioning of the toilet paper holder. Everything else was great.

Staff save the night!
Pros:

It is rare for me to write a review but the hotel staff earned this one. I ran out to my car to put my parking pass in my window and when I got back to my room the door wouldn’t open. When I was leaving out the top latch somehow hooked and kicked me out of my room with EVERYTHING in it. I went to the front desk and spoke to an employee named Anthony. He immediately spike with his boss and then called another employee named Tino. I was stressed I would have to wait all night for them to break the door, let me get my belongings and then pay for the door. I was on a business trip and was already exhausted. They went to the room and with some force got the door open without breaking it. They went to calm and polite the whole time. I truly appreciate their work ethic and kindness.
