Pros:

The pool was nice with the waterslides and hot tub. The lounge was comfortable with food service. The front desk staff was kind and quick when I needed assistance.

Cons:

The elevator smelled of burnt plastic is my only complaint.

OK hotel, but will probably stay elsewhere with my next visit to Regina
Pros:

The location of this hotel is great with a great pub located in the hotel with other amenities close by. Easy to get around Regina from here. The water and coffee at reception was greatly appreciated throughout the day. Spacious rooms and a good TV.

Cons:

The pool was too chaotic and it would have been nice if there were adult hours in the evening to enjoy for some quiet. The pillows were just awful, it felt like sleeping on tiny rocks stuffed into a pillowcase. Finally, the hot water took forever to heat up and when it did there was no water pressure for the shower.

It was an amazing experience
Pros:

I like the quick response when I asked for late check in which is 1:35 AM. The staff messaged us that they will ensure we check in when we arrive. It was quick since we were all so tired from our flight.

Good place to stay with a family. Overpriced tho
Pros:

Good location. Water park is fun. Comfortable bed

Cons:

AC was meh. Fan in shower didn’t work. Coffee in the room was gross. Expensive for what it is
