If you want to be close to the beach and have easy access to your room this is the place to stay.
Pros:

The location was awesome! The beach was right across the street so it was easy for us to walk to and from the beach as often as we wanted to. We had a balcony facing the ocean and we spent a little time there having coffee or wine and a little something to eat. We'd love to stay there again.

Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, ease of parking and local to a lot of Great hotspots!

Cons:

Hotel is a bit old and outdated, wish they had outlets (USB) for charging electronics. Not the cleanest in town but served our purpose just fine.

Nice location
Pros:

Being right next to the beach was great. Room was huge. Balcony had a table and two chairs and was big as well. Having coffee and tea available on the first floor was nice. Great price for the location and size of room. Golden Olive Egypian restaurant across the street had amazing food. Refrigerator in the room was great for storing leftovers.

Cons:

Construction was going on in front of the building so although you could see the ocean, you could also see the construction mess. See view picture from room balcony.
Beds were small and toilet didn't flush well.

Pros:

Everything.. the beach, the guy at the front desk. PAUSE.

Cons:

There’s nothing to not like.. well, would have been nice to have a microwave in my room.

I used to stay here in the 80’s for work and was surprised that nothing had changed ( except the laminate flooring ). S
Pros:

Best feature is the locations access to the beach and underground parking.

Cons:

Rooms are dark and because of laminated flooring very loud with regard to adjoining and above rooms. That was a big problem in my case as upstairs people were wearing hard soled shoes and pacing for two hours to get their baby to sleep!! A call to the office to change rooms didn’t help.
