Pros:

Right next to the beach, parking cute breakfest placr across the street.

Cons:

There were no blackout curtains in room facing the morning sun. Just some thin see through white curtains.

Pros:

Location! Right at Sunset Beach. You can sit on your balcony and watch the ocean. Rooms are big. The low cost for the location is great. Internet worked well.

Cons:

Hotel facility is very basic but the location made it worth it.

We were traveling with a group and had 3 rooms next to each other for 2 nights. 2 of the rooms have not had much updatin

Great location on the beach with views for a reasonable price.
Nice balcony area with seating and near plenty of great restaurants.
Staff was polite. Beach was not super crowded and it was a great place to spend the day.

Cons:

Room needs updates
Elevator almost at the end of its life
No breakfast or good coffee
Homeless people outside screaming

Pros:

How close it was to everything including the beach.

Cons:

Parking is difficult as the spaces to pull into are tight. There are plenty of spaces, just hard to turn into.

The location is great! You go across one street straight to the beach, you go across the other street and you have amazing coffee, pizza, and beer!
Our room had a large refrigerator, which was fantastic and was clean even though it’s insanely old and needs to be updated. The mattresses are ridiculous. Please bring in new mattresses. That’s really important. The patios facing the beach are large and i’m not positive but I think our room is 311 and it is literally right by the stairs that take you to the beach and down to the garage. Really loved that room location. Garage is not secure at all, but it really didn’t seem to be a problem. Seems to be a good area.

Cons:

Very outdated mattresses, springy and uncomfortable, and the coffee maker and teabags, (unpackaged) were in the bathroom. Y’all know there’s DNA in there, right?! Put the coffee maker on the little table in the room!

Perfect location for the beach at a very good price.

Perfect location. Clean room. Great maids

Cons:

I heard management talking down to a worker, not cool. Property needs a real good cleaning. Dirt and dust on hallways. Windows and skylight very dirty. Hallways and check in desk were old and grungy. Need more toiletries. Shower had 1 small bottle of shampoo plus conditioner, and a tiny bar of soap.

Pros:

Hello location and the view were excellent. Our room had a small balcony with a view of Sunset Beach

Cons:

The carpets have a little bit of dinginess that made you not want to walk around and bare feet. I asked for an extra pillow in the early evening. A couple hours later they hadn't brought it up and I called the desk and he said he would send it up. It never came.

Amazing View
Pros:

I love that the hotel is on the beach and the view of the ocean from our balcony. I like that the hotel is reasonably priced for a beachfront.

Cons:

I had requested a late check out via Booking message. I didn't get a response. I asked in person and was told they don't do late check outs in the summer. I understand that but I had extenuating circumstances and I would have appreciated my message being returned.
