We have been here before and it’s so relaxing and friendly there
Locations is perfect for Universal Studios and Warner brother studios, specially with their shuttle service. All the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The hotel is clean and comfortable.
Parking is too expensive, can do for less money.

Zimmer Richtung Highway sehr laut! Parkplatz in freien 50 Dollar am Tag viel zu teuer! Essen im Hotel Restaurant bekommt man in einem Plastikgeschirr

The vibe and family feel. The movies by the pool were so great, and the hotel’s attention to detail is remarkable. We absolutely loved our stay.
The AC in the room was old, noisy, and we would either freeze or bake in the room multiple times throughout the night. Other than that, everything was spectacular.

Le restaurant est très agréable et le filet mignon une réussite totale. Vous ajoutez le service de Bridgett qui a été très efficace et super gentille. La chambre très propre et son balcon super. Le personnel est extrêmement courtois gentil et efficace. C’est mon 4 eme séjour dans cet établissement et certainement pas le dernier. Bravo à toute l’équipe.

Overpriced parking. This was a shitty surprise. It’s the one thing that would make me considered not returning to an otherwise excellent place.
