the bathroom door was so bad.. had to struggle to open and close. kids could not even move the bathroom door sliding. it had a big issue.
the bathroom washbasin tap had so so slow water. despite sharing with the property, it was not fixed.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location is very good for those who wish to go to Universal studio. You need a car to go to other parts of LA.

Die Lage für Ausflüge nach Hollywood/Beverly Hills/Griffith Observatory und Vergnügungspärke (Universal und Six Flags) ist optimal

Cons:

Die Betten sind eher klein und weich und die Klimaanlage war laut. Der Pool Bereich bietet kaum Schattenplätze.

Pros:

The gym was modern and clean. The pool and outdoor areas were lovely. The trolley connects with Universal Studios and the metro which is fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a nice vibe and I would recommend it to other people and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The grounds and rooms are cute and clean.
Pros:

Loved that it had a bar and restaurant on location and it our food was good.

Cons:

The $50 daily parking fee is just too much.
I don’t think I would stay again strictly based on the fee. It really adds up.

Geweldig gehad! Wat een mooi, fijn hotel. Ontzettend lekkere tuin, leuke sfeer, handig pendelbusje van en naar Universal
Pros:

Onwijs leuke en mooie plek! Heerlijk hotel, mooie kamer, schoon, fris en modern!

Cons:

Parkeren 50,- dollar per nacht bovenop je verblijf, dat is wel echt prijzig.
