Overall very nice to stay in your hotel. Breakfast was very good too.

Cons:

Only issue was the water in the shower. The water dripped out and it was hard to control temperature. Very hard to have a good shower.

Nothing like the pictures

Cons:

The hotel is nothing like the pictures. The room was dark and had an old weird smell, bed sheets were stained and dirty, the hallway had a really bad smell that made me wanna throw up, the walls were also dirty and with peeling paint, really old furniture. I was so disgusting that didn’t have breakfast although it was included. I tried to chance the hotel but they “couldn’t find any other available”, even though it had many others hotels of the same hotel chain here on booking.

Jedino sto nam se svidjelo je bila lokacija hotela koji je smjesten blizu stanice Termini odakle brzo stizete na sve lokacije.Sve ostalo......

Vec kod prvog ulaska u sobu problem sa kljucem,vrata nisu bila ispravna....ujutru prijavljen problem i naravno,nista nije uradjeno.Sutra dan,sok...dodjete umorni i ulazaknu sobu nemoguc jer je stok lajsna otpala i preprecila ulazaknu u sobu.Cekate 2h da neko dodje.I vjerovatno bi cekali jos da nismo trazili svoja prava koja nas kao "ostecenog"u tom momentu sleduju.....Dorucak veoma siromasan,jednolican.Kupatilo u kojem imate "mini poplavu"poslije svakog tusiranja.....Definitivno ovom hotelu treba velikaaa renovacija da bi naplacivali ovoliku cijenu

このホテルで、最後の夜にとても怖い思いをしました。

「ステファン」と名乗る男性スタッフ（本名かどうかは分かりません）が、夜、突然私の部屋に入ってきて、体に触れようとしてきました。

私はその状況から逃れるためにフロントまで行きましたが、彼は「一緒に話したい」と何度も言い、しばらく部屋に戻らせてもらえませんでした。

その後、ようやく部屋に戻ることができましたが、彼は何度も部屋のドアをノックしてきて、さらに部屋にも電話をかけてきました。

あまりにも怖くて、その夜は一睡もできませんでした。次の日の朝から予定があったのに、スケジュールも完全に崩れてしまいました。

部屋自体は綺麗で、他のスタッフの方々は皆とても親切でした。しかしこの出来事によって、イタリア旅行が完全に台無しになりました。

女性1人で泊まる場合、このホテルに泊まることはおすすめしません。このようなことが二度と起こらないよう、ホテルにはこの件を真剣に受け止め、スタッフの行動について適切に対応してほしいです。

Albergo un po' datato ma con un servizio funzionale e una posizione ottima vicinissima alla stazione, stanza di grande dimensioni e molto pulita, colazione buona e personale molto gentile, cordiale e disponibile, buon rapporto qualita-prezzo

Si potrebbe migliorare l'etanseita della porta d'ingresso della stanza perche specialmente di notte i rumori e la luce del corridoio filtravano dentro la stanza attraverso le fessure della porta

Io prenoto albergò esclusivamente con la palestra… visto che c’è scritto “palestra” aspettavo al meno un po … alla fine nessun attrezzo per cardio sono 2/3 cose poco funzionabili ,sul tetto sotto il sole di 40 gradi… allego la foto
