Pros:

A 20 minutos del centro andando. Desayuno bastante bien y habitación grande y limpia. Cama muy cómoda y baño muy bien.

Cons:

Aunque ya lo sabíamos las escaleras. Y el sonido de las pisadas en la tarima flotante. Se escuchan hasta los pasos descalzos de las habitaciones colindantes.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden in Zukunft dort wieder buchen.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber, umfangreiches Frühstück, sehr nah am Bahnhof, trotz Straßenlage absolut ruhig

Cons:

Recht viel Deko, stört aber nicht wirklich - wem es gefällt. Leider war das Rührei nicht lecker, der Rest des Frühstücks aber topp.

A convenient and comfortable base for exploring Munich and nearby areas.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, with a number of thoughtful amenities including a small kettle with tea and coffee, biscuits, a hair dryer, and a minibar, and airconditioner.
I was given a room facing the courtyard, and did not experience any noise from outside or from other guests in nearby rooms. The only downside was that the room was located directly opposite the lift, which could be noisy when people were using it.

Cons:

Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. However, some items, such as the flavoured yoghurt and juices, tasted rather over processed and could be improved in terms of quality.
Providing a tray would be nice, so you don't have to collect your breakfast items one by one and drop them at the table.
The location is very convenient, around a 4-minute walk from Central Station. Restaurants, shops, and public transport are all within easy reach.

Pros:

Proximity to train station. Even though we had a morning flight we preferred it to staying near the airport. Best to check where the train leaves from as it is confusing. It's at the opposite end of the station 1 floor down by lift or escalator..

Very interesting decor.
Huge shower with great pressure.

Cons:

The lunch box they provided which we truly appreciated had two meat sandwiches and an apple and we are vegetarian and there was no way to change this even though we asked.
