Great customer service experience!Agnes was very accommodating. The furnishing were quite old-fashioned but maybe it goes with the old hotel feel. But can do with a little twist of modern stuff! Otherwise, it was great, food is great.

Old, Dusty - not a 4* Feel

Cons:

We’ve stayed here a few times, this time the room was dusty, we had a twin beds and both mattresses were lumpy and very uncomfortable. All the wooden furniture was marked and looked like it needed to be replaced. We didn’t feel like we were staying at a 4* at all. The gowns in the bathroom had makeup on them! On check in the receptionist did not offer us breakfast options or make us feel welcome. It was a quick ‘here are keys’ - disappointed
