Everything is terrible, facility is terrible, Tv doesn’t work, curtains are dirty, holes in the walls, paint on carpet, renovated room painted with very bad finishes

Pros:

Great location and cleanliness. The hotel is well-maintained, comfortable, and conveniently situated near everything we needed. We had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return.

Cons:

However, there was a delay in fixing the bathroom heater, and electronic card payment was not available during our stay. We hope these issues will be improved in the future.

Pros:

Some aspects disappoint but clean and well located.
Pros:

Short walk to the tube and well located. Debated between a 3 or 4 star review but for us a few things let it down….
When booking it says you will be automatically upgraded to a superior room if available but this was not mentioned at all at check-in where the staff seemed generally disinterested and not terribly friendly. That vibe continued to the concierge desk and restaurant staff at breakfast.
The housekeeper however was friendly and smiley👍
The room was clean and ok but not terrific. Slept reasonably well. Had to ask for more tea coffee and milk as supplies in room are a bit stingy.
Breakfast was disappointing although other reviewers have enjoyed so perhaps it’s just personal taste.
Overall ok but have stayed in better hotels in London. Not sure if we would return

Pros:

Місце розташування. Чиста постіль.

Cons:

Дуже занедбаний готель. ковролін не був чищений дуже давно. Оббивка крісел дуже брудна. Затерта настільки брудом що бридко торкатися. Жалюзі напевно не милися з моменту їх встановлення. Штори також не зрозуміло якого кольору через бруд. ТВ дуже старої моделі. Не підключається до YouTube, Netflix та інших програм.
