Overall location and convenience to central downtown was nice. Small details with the room could be improved .
Pros:

Location was excellent especially for events at the adjoining Statehouse Convention center.
Bathroom was spacious.

Cons:

Unable to get larger double beds such as queens. The room is relatively small. I had a river view but no balcony . No closed shelving in the room and lighting is not good . The plug outlets could have been better placed during the architecture. Also the central plugs under the lamp were not functional.
Parking is not included and required to either park on the street or two parking garages a couple of blocks down. Thus best to get valet but is an extra daily expense.
No venting in the bathroom.

Item came up missing in our car after it was taken by valet service. We looked all through the car for it but could not find it.

Awesome Stay!!!
Pros:

We actually live in Bryant, but we booked the Marriott for a conference in Little Rock so that we didn’t have to drive back and forth. The room was beautiful with an amazing view of the river. The food was fantastic! Staying here was a very fun “Staycation”. We will be back!

Downtown Little Rock
Pros:

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Marriott—easily one of the best hotels I have stayed at.
The hotel is exceptionally well maintained and is conveniently located near many local attractions, restaurants, and services. The location, atmosphere, and overall experience were excellent from start to finish.
The rooms were spotless, modern, and incredibly quiet, making them perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. My room also offered a beautiful view of both the city and the river, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I especially appreciated access to the lounge, which offered evening snacks and a very good breakfast each morning. These added touches helped make the stay feel even more welcoming and comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I will definitely stay here again on future trips.

excellent stay
Pros:

We stayed one night and loved the atmosphere. It was clean and quiet. The only snafu was that one of the elevators did not respond to the key card system.

Roderick at the front desk is a LEGEND. Greatest front desk host EVER. If you get the opportunity to encounter the kind, friendly, efficient and big smile individual you will have found your home away from home.

Nothing Felt Right
Pros:

The front desk employee was nice, air conditioner worked well.

Cons:

The room wasn't very clean, dirty or stained sheets, the bathtub/shower was leaking all night, the fixtures on the sink are new but somehow rusted, the mirror was old and filthy, very low lighting in the room. Did not feel like a proper Marriott at all ... side note: they are connected to a Starbucks and the next morning their espresso machine was down... not blaming Marriott, but bad experience on their joint property and advertisement campaign all over the hotel

Not only is the hotel great, bu the food at the restaurant is superb!
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel. And the restaurant food was amazing. My compliments to the staff and the chef. He was absolutely incredible.

Good rooms, ammenities, and location. Excellent compared to most other hotels I've stayed at.

Cons:

No vending machines or ability to purchase small goods (snacks, drinks, toiletries, etc.) past 10:00pm. Also, one light bulb by the bed did not work
