Nice clean rooms
A beauty pageant contest was going on. Hundreds of extra people. Would be nice to get a warning when these types of things are happening. Getting an elevator was excruciating
Our family was in Little Rock for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Little Rock Marriott. Valet parking was a big plus as well as the bar and the Starbucks. Housekeeping was great too!
Just didn’t have enough dollies when you checked in and when you have people that are handicap it’s a little hard for them to try tograb their stuff and go get their rooms. And one of the one of the guys was very rude saying that well it wasn’t his fault that they don’t have enough dollies. They justhave a big crowd coming in very unprofessional.. as for the young men that were given us getting picking up our cars and stuff excellent behavior excellent just very well behaved very professional.
For the amount of money that was charged, a working iron should be a necessity for the room. The stay was okay considering it was for a family reunion that was booked as a group. Not by my choice. However it was very clean and the workers was pleasant.
We had two adjoining rooms for a bridal party and it was perfect! The rooms were large and exactly what we needed. We had a great experience 💕
Room and Service very good. I did have a problem with the cafe in the Marriott. I had Blackened Walleye Fish. Tast and food were very good. However, the piece of fish that I was served was full of bones. When I showed it to the waitress, all she said was I will get with the kitchen. Very disappointed in the food. Also, the first day the excavator from the lower floor to the lobby stopped. There were so many older people on it, by the time we climbed to the top, I thought I was dying. Could not get my breath, pressure in my chest and throat. Kenneth Jones, Mayor
Nice clean hotel, staff always great!
The rooms were good and clean but it was an old bldg
Love this hotel my trip was wonderful just like always!!!
Nice hotel. A little tired but the staff works hard to make sure everyone is comfortable
Great location, staff. I didn’t really use the M club . Rooms were nice and clean. Beds comfortable
Nice rooms. Nice location. Friendly staff.
Not the newest hotel or best area but close close close to the airport. Shuttle driver jas jasmine awesome
Just needed a place I knew well as I have stayed in the Excelsior, Peabody and not the Marriott. Miss the ducks but I can always see them in Memphis. ;) Thanks for the nice upgrade and the room was excellent. Someone has done a great job of updting and keeping things fresh. Only small complaint was the TV, my MA is in Communications, not electrical engineering. Perhaps a "Concise Guide to Operating Two Remotes," would help? All in all, a most enjoyable stay with a shuttle that most don't have down town.
The bed was amazing. I had not slept that well in a long time. The location was excellent and the view was wonderful.
I recently stayed at the Marriott Little Rock while attending the Jack and Jill of America Teen Conference, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, they were attentive and eager to assist with any needs.
The hotel provided efficient and well-designed spaces that easily accommodated conference activities while still offering comfortable areas for guests to relax. The facilities were clean, organized, and conducive to both business and social interactions.
Overall, the Marriott Little Rock delivered excellent hospitality and helped make our conference experience enjoyable and stress-free. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Little Rock for a conference, event, or leisure travel.
The hotel and the staff were exceptional and helpful. Stayed for 2 days and was a great stay and definitely would enjoy staying again if I return to little rock.
