Third time here and it won’t be the last. This place is a gem and I hope the secret doesn’t get out - best beach on the beach. Food very good and location also great. Wish the cabanas were still free like prior years but that’s ok. Service all around excellent.
Hotel and accommodations were fine. Our visit was heightened by regular check-ins with us by Dani. She is friendly and caring - she asked about needs and was quick to get us whatever we needed. After the first day she knew us and supported our vacation with suggestions for local attractions.
Did t see or hear about breakfast.
The manager would not allow us an hour past checkout to be out of the room. Rude about it.,
Everything was amazing . Dani and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We live in the area and this is going to be our forever staycation spot!
We absolutely loved our stay here! When we first got here, Jay gave us amazing customer service and has gone above and beyond for us during our stay here. This hotel is clean, has a great pool, restaurants, and atmosphere! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

This is our 2nd stay at this Hilton. Easy beach access, clean room and hotel grounds, friendly staff with good customer service. It did seem as though there are some changes compared to last year. They now charge $25 a day to park. We made our reservation way in advance and they did not charge for parking at time of reservation so when we arrived we were told there is now a $25 a day to park. Would have appreciated a email notice of this change. Coconut Charlie's is VERY LOUD. Saturday night the music played until 12am. During the day the music is very loud and hard to enjoy the pool area to relax. The pool is clean and pool attendants were great. If you want a relaxing hotel this may not be for you and family due to the loud atmosphere. Another change was there is now a charge of apprx $55 for 2 chairs and a cabana per day! Chairs are open for public to rent as well. We did not have a problem getting a cabana by 9am. We stayed a week, so with fee for parking and beach chair rental was a huge unexpected expense. Last year it was nice to stay at the hotel and know that the beach chairs were for guests only and of no charge. The hotel staff is great and customer service is good. We originally were placed in rm 328 ocean view. With the addition of Coconut Charlie's tiki roof, that took away most of your beach/ocean view. It was more of a partial view. I will add pictures of rm 328 for ocean view vs rm 428. We asked to be moved to 4th or 5th floor. That was granted the following day to rm 428. Much better ocean view that you pay for. I most likely would not stay here again due to the loud atmosphere and limited beach view unless you are lucky with 4th or 5th floor. If you want a true ocean view you must get 4th or 5th floor. The tiki roof took a lot of that away on 3rd floor. Boo! We have stayed at Tradewinds next door and they have more ocean view rooms with higher floors and 3rd row beach chairs for guests are of no charge. So keep that in mind for expenses.
