Świetne rodzinne wakacje przy pięknej plaży
Pros:

Przepiękna szeroka, biała plaża ze wspaniałymi zachodami słońca. Czysty, nowoczesny pokój, bardzo fajnie spędziliśmy tam czas relaksując się w basenie i na plaży.

Great strong 4 star hotel. Perfect for families and friends company
Pros:

The hotel overall is great. First and the most important is the staff. Extremely positive and professional administrator Brandan, knowledgeable and helpful girls behind the counter, very polite and kind waitress/waiters. (Hi Missy!)
Second: cleanness - no questions at all
Third: location is on the beach. The bar is close to the beach. 7/11 is across the street, alcomarket - 15 min walking distance, pizza, Thai and bbq restaurant are close enough.
Fourth: water: good for families and kids. The sandy beach is great, clean and wide, shallow from the very beginning and deep enough after. The pool is small but well organized and clean (and next to bar)
Fifth: the food: breakfast is included. The breakfast is good, basic, not really different from standard continental one. But I would add more options

Disappointed
Pros:

Breakfast was horrible and location was not how it was advertised online! I’m a chef and the food was a 1 /10 what a disappointment from Hilton.

Cons:

I didn’t get a beach view which is the main reason I booked my stay! And I requested a arrival time and that was a huge fail I literally waiting until 4 pm check-in why even give the option to add an arrival time if you can’t deliver.

Enjoyable gals weekend!
Pros:

The property was well kept and provided close access to the beach! Customer service and management were very helpful and accommodating! Chef Steve & Lisa were the best!

The tiki bar on property was well staffed and Amanda was an amazing server!

Hotel security was on top of the Labor Day weekend crowd!

Cons:

The public access via the hotel sidewalks wasn’t expected. Especially as the sidewalk is right outside the rooms.

Nice place beautiful white sandy beaches on to the next
Pros:

It was quiet and relaxing

Cons:

The partial water view was over a parking lots and roof through trees to see little of the ocean. No part of the property is ocean view even the backside of the building is looking over the pool the bars roof through trees to the ocean

Fabulous
Pros:

I always enjoy staying here, excellent staff, clean & comfortable hotel, delicious food at Coconut Charlie’s . Like everywhere, prices have increased. Great stay though!

Cons:

I prefer a little paper and pen in the room as I jot down notes usually. Pillows a little flat.

Pros:

Everything about the hotel was top notch👌🏻👌🏻The staff were all very accommodating especially the front desk staff and nothing was any trouble.Checked in without any fuss and also earlier than we should have!Hotel was spotlessly clean and facilities were superb - pool was great and the adjacent bar was the same, serving a variety of dishes which were nice and tasty.Could walk on to the beach if you fancied a change from the pool so location couldn't have been better!!Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here if we came back!!!

On Saturday, it has a club atmosphere by the bar. We couldn’t even stay there so we went to Jimmy B’s next door.
