It seems this hotel has no concern for its guests’ experience. When we arrived, we were told that their system was down and were asked to wait. However, other guests who arrived after us were checked in before us, showing a complete lack of organization and respect. The front desk service was terrible.

When we entered our room, we immediately noticed that the bed linens appeared not to have been changed, and the floor was very dirty. To make matters even worse, we found a cockroach in the middle of the bed linens. When we reported it to the front desk, we were told that “it’s normal in Florida.” That response was absolutely unacceptable. Finding a cockroach in a guest room—especially in the bed—is never normal and should never be dismissed so casually.

Another major issue was the parking. I was traveling with an electric vehicle, and every EV charging space was occupied by cars that were not electric. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told that they “have no way to control it” and that they are “not responsible.” On top of that, they charge $25 per day for parking while making it clear that they assume no responsibility for your vehicle and cannot even guarantee access to the charging stations they advertise. If you drive an electric vehicle, be prepared to pay for parking and still not be able to charge your car.

Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. Between the terrible customer service, the unacceptable cleanliness, the cockroach in the room, and the poor management of the parking facilities, I cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

First - the staff! They were wonderful. Their computer system crashed with multiple people waiting to check in. They handled it perfectly and we were impressed with their professionalism and customer service focus. The room was clean, updated, nice view of the ocean. Breakfast was delicious and the bar has amazing drinks.

Housekeeping was quick with getting us extra towels and other toiletries we were running low of. Front desk was friendly and helpful. LOVED the laundromat (clean and easy to use. $4 per load to wash and $4 per load to dry- must use an EASY app). Enjoyed the outside seating, hammocks, and turf area- ping pong, corn hole, and tables to play cards or just eat food on.. Fast walk to the beach from the hotel. Easy to rent cabanas. Rooms were accurate to the pics online. Very nice workout room with new equipment. Free wifi

Great location right on the beach, staff are super friendly and professional. Lola and Brendon are the front desk absolute made my stay delightful. Property is clean and well maintained, restaurants offering a lot of options as well. The area for relaxing and ping pong is a whole vibe

First stay here. Really enjoyed! Room was clean, the staff was very pleasant. We had a ocean front balcony room. The doors seemed soundproof. Very quiet even when live music playing.

The only reason this hotel gets any stars from me is because of its location. It's truly beachfront, the beach is beautiful, the pool is nice, and the overall atmosphere is great. The restaurant is decent as well.

Unfortunately, the rooms are unacceptable. The air conditioner was extremely old, very noisy, filthy, and smelled strongly of mold and years of built-up dust, making it difficult to sleep. The pillows were poor quality, the bed sheets did not seem clean, and the floors were so dirty that our feet turned black after walking barefoot.

The biggest disappointment was the customer service. My reservation clearly included breakfast, yet my children were stopped at the entrance and denied breakfast. It was embarrassing, unnecessary, and handled very unprofessionally.

I will be reporting the indoor air quality and sanitation concerns to the appropriate health authorities, filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and reporting this issue to the booking platform for failing to honor the reservation I paid for.

Beautiful location, but the rooms, cleanliness, and customer service were a huge disappointment.

Nice section of the beach. The property was the perfect vibe i was looking for.
