Good value but not the cleanest of rooms
Pros:

One of the best mattresses we have slept on and clean smelling sheets. Close to everything we wanted to do. Staff was nice and the outside was clean. This was a great value.

Cons:

I hate to complain because the price was really good and I expected some issues but some things are not negotiable. For instance…Stains on walls and headboard, the floor in our room was dirty to the point we wore our shoes most of the time.

I would not stay again or recommend this hotel
Pros:

The location was nice, the pool was clean, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

No room service, we were there 3 days and 2 nights and not one time did anyone bring clean towels, toilet paper, clean the room or anything. They also advertise they have a guest laundry room which they in fact did not, they also advertise they have vending machines but one is completely empty and the other was out of order. I could not find staff when needed, dirty needles outside the door way to enter the hotel.

Since my only purpose for being there was to see the Falls I can’t complain too much…it was just a hop, skip and a jump
Pros:

Location was very convenient…only took a few minutes to get to the Falls.

Cons:

Only knock I have is I had a second floor room with a balcony…which unfortunately was unusable as it was completely filthy and had like cobwebs everywhere and the plastic chairs were moldy
