Really like the fact we didn’t have to travel to eat breakfasts. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Having a washer and dryer enable us clean our clothes without leave the building. Staff very friendly and answered all questions.

Per la zona il prezzo andava bene. Piscina non bellissima/rinnovata ma più che sufficiente per un tufo e un attimo di relax. Camera abbastanza grande e comoda.

Size of room was good
Where to start! - 1st room had a horrid smell, carpets completely worn out and simply could not sleep on bed. So worn out that when we sat on it we felt like we would fall off. Felt dirty. Asked to move - 2nd room beds and carpet better but still had a smell - thought it could be the very noisy air con, or that the room had had dogs in. While building very tired needs a very good clean and refresh. No housekeeping during stay - yet due to cleanliness I would say it needs more cleaning not less. Did not use swimming pool as it was clearly overdosed with chlorine - whole ground floor smelt of it and again it did not feel clean - very important to keep pools and pool areas clean. If we had paid a budget price and was going for a budget stay I may have been less critical but I consider it expensive for the state it was in. We nearly left on the first night but we have saved a long time for this holiday and paying for two nights somewhere else was not in our budget. We would have liked a kettle - coffee machines need to be kept clean if they expect us to use it to make tea - it was not clean ! They provided coffee and water in the lobby but this is not convenient when you first wake up. They are trying to do all the things expected of a hotel in this price range and compared to competitors for this range of hotel - but doing everything badly.
It is a dated property with nice updates and an efficient front desk. Nice to have sofa, table and nice chair as options. Comfy bed and good size bathroom. Convenient location to stay in Portland Great value through Booking.com. My interactions with housekeeping were pleasant.
What i didn't like is missing out on my Wyndam Rewards points. No fault of Booking.com. I will need to book using Wyndam in order to use the points I have earned or lose them. It is why I chose Ramada Inn in the first place. Paid more for the room when extending my stay. Front desk would not allow the original rate of first night. There was a Grumpy boss woman who would not look at me -- but would only answer the one helping me. Impersonal and dismissive. It is how you do your job that matters. Explaining the rules in a friendly matter is a show of respect and hospitality. I did not react just made note. You never know what is going on in the lives of another. However it is such a missed opportunity.

We went up to counter to check in and lady went over answered phone without even saying I’ll be right with you total ignored us. The phone rang she answered it with out checking us in first. Even if she answered the phone she decided to book them a room instead of telling them please hold and check us in. We just stood there with no response. Check in was behind and when I said I message on the app and was told 1 I could come at 1 shouldn’t be a problem she basically called me a liar with not those exact words. I paid for a king but got a smaller room just so we could check in on time by 3 which is a whole other issue. We needed to be downtown by 4 for a wedding. A hotel shouldn’t book out so many rooms without the staff to support the 3 pm check in !!!
The location right off the interstate. Close to lots of restaurants. Staff were quite friendly and pleasant. Rooms were good size and beds were comfortable.
Ac/ heater needed to be cleaned. When we ran the heat there was a burning smell. Ac was fine.

Excellent one night stopover on our way back down the coast.
The staff were wonderful! Beautiful facilities and excellent value. Bed a little too hard, but overall great!
