My only complaint was that our tub was dirty.
We liked the patio door to the parking lot, The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. We enjoyed Stacks Pancakes on the Property. It also has a pool. Very helpful Staff.

Nothing
The room was very dirty. I had asked housekeeping for wipes to wipe down the visible food/dirt. Did not offer to clean for me knowing there was an issue. Bathroom floor had dirt on the floor behind the door with other debris. No soap to wash hands and empty container of shampoo. Seems to be a quick turnaround of changing the bedsheets only. Interesting that when checking out, the front desk did not ask how our stay was. I think they know...

Hotel is quite outdated with wall paper and it didn't look clean. I think it was, as I saw people cleaning, but it doesn't feel like it because there is a stale smell (not overpowering ) and if there wasn't wallpaper, it would be long overdue for a paint job. The fan in the bathroom was filthy with dust. Maybe window unit too...I didn't look.

I didnt like rm 138. Carpet was damp moist the Entire time. Ac never even dried it up. This hotel needs a Entire renovation or be sold. There's a strip joint just across the street and unfortunately many homeless that are constantly asking for money. Very honestly the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. I didnt like that our outdoor patio had no furniture and that our slider had no screen to let fresh air in for my two cats that were traveling with us.
Our view of the parking lot and cars was not really fun but I guess it was better than looking at the stores and traffic. The beds were okay but not the best.
We stayed three nights while sightseeing in Portland. The room was large and the beds comfy, the receptionists were especially nice and explained how to do laundry there. They also said where to park so we could conveniently walk across the grass to the back sliding glass doors of our room. Even though breakfast is not included there is a great adjacent breakfast restaurant called Stacks which had an extensive breakfast menu. The room did not have a microwave, but the receptionists heated my dinner leftovers in a microwave at the front desk. We didn’t try the dinner restaurant.
There were two Jacuzzi tubs in the pool area, but neither were very hot or had strong jets.
It also took about 20 minutes driving to reach the downtown Portland tourist area, though the hotel was close to the 95 freeway system.

Good location , easy to get on and off on I 95 . Stacks breakfast restaurant and Zeros bar and grill attached to the hotel , good breakfast and interesting bar . 18 minutes to get to the Fort Allen park it has a trail to take you to the waterfront and commercial street .
