Pros:

Nice hotel, nicely reachable close to the highway. The rooms are quiet and very well equipped with everything you need. Also everything was super clean, and it is a great value for the money you pay.

Cons:

The breakfast was good but the breakfast area is small and as the hotel was fully booked it was really busy in the mornings. So one had to queue up for getting to the breakfast buffet and sometimes tables to eat at were scarce.

The rooms and facilities were great for our needs. A game room and clean comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Honestly my expectations were low. Michigan game weekend so prices were 5 times normal and the reviews just said the place was very clean. An independent facility. It was actually very nice. Not 5 star but met all of our needs for the weekend.

Cons:

The overnight staff was as rude as anyone I have encountered in travel. We had a long day of flights and a 3 1/2 hour drive. We got in at 1:00 AM and were ready for bed. We had three rooms reserved and the second we came in my wife gave our name and she immediately without looking said we didn't have any rooms booked. When she finally looked she found my room. Although I booked all three rooms we had to give her individual names to find the other two. Each time she started with no we didn't have rooms booked. There were even vacancies! She was on some type of power trip and it took another person coming to the front to get her to act professional. She has no place in the service industry.

Nice Dove products for soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion
Better continental breakfast to most
Has microwave and refrigerator

Cons:

Very dated.
Carpet stained and faded, floors sticky.
Air conditioning unit old and did not work well, air was humid.
Was just not that comfortable.
Renovations would do wonders to the place.
