The room was nice, clean, and the staff was really nice. The area around the hotel was very walkable and felt quite safe at night. I loved the eclectic sculptures and art throughout. Make sure you try the sparkling water dispenser near the hotel bar!
From the hotel description and branding I thought the room/hotel experience was going to be slightly more different/wow, but it was a fairly standard nice hotel and I feel I paid a little more than I should have.
Clean convenient great staff
Personal de recepción muy amable
Nunca en 5 días hubo café en el desayuno. Muy lenta la atención en el desayuno.
Había que pedir expresamente el aseo de las habitaciones, de lo contrario no lo hacían siempre.

The decor and small details were all on theme! Excellent location. Enjoyed the on-site restaurant as well. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Nice view at night.
Excellent hotel. Great professional, courteous, knowledgeable Team. Fantastic location right by the commons, pubs, and great restaurants.
Lovely stay in Boston. I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the theater district which is a short walking distance. It's absolutely perfect to see a show and have a nice place to stay once the show is over. I also needed parking, which this hotel has. The room was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the restaurant and room service so the food was good as well.
Comfy beds, clean rooms, along with friendly staff. We had a few functionality mishaps but Frank came to our rescue! He went above and beyond to make sure if we needed anything to let him know. He gave us extra waters. I felt like our every wish was his command! Thank you Frank!
This was a lovely stay and very friendly helpful staff to help to strand travelers
Stayed at Revere Hotel for a business conference. Checked in on a Sunday night and cold water faucet was broken and wouldn't turn on. Not awful deal until next morning prior to leaving for the meeting I tried again since the water was scolding. This time it did turn on but couldn't turn off. Water was filling up sink so didn't want to leave. Called front desk asking for maintenance to come up and expressed urgency. Took two more subsequent phone calls over the course of 30 minutes before someone arrived. The first time I called back they hadn't even reached out yet. Maintenance did fix but ended up late to meeting as I didn't want to risk water overflowing and causing any damage to floors or the room. On Thursday morning I checked out around 4:45am for a 6:30 flight. Unfortunately (and this is completely my fault) I left my suit jacket in the closet and didn't realize until I landed at my destination at 9:00am. I immediately called the front desk. Person there directed me to a site called "ileftmystuff.com". I filled out a request but have not heard anything back. By this time I am sure someone else is in the room and expect my suit jacket to be gone. I find it a complete joke that at a hotel with these rates in heart of Boston they can't send someone up to just verify the jacket is there and respond so I can pay to have it shipped back. Rooms are fine but there are lots of other hotels in area with nice rooms. It comes down to service and these folks just don't care.
