Tolle Lage zentral, 2 Min von der Bootsstation. Perfekt für Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuche
Pros:

Mein Zimmer bot Ausblick auf den Pier mit den stationierten Ausflugsbooten und das Ostende des Ontariosees. Die Raumfläche war eher knapp, aber für eine Nacht während der Durchreise genügend. Das Bett war recht bequem. Die Tiefgarage gut zu erreichen um die Ecke. Die Reception war stets nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Ueberraschung folgte beim Frühstück. Statt des erwarteten Buffets wurde an die Gäste eine Kartonschachtel verteilt, in der es zwei harte kalte Eier, einen Muffin, ein Joghurt, ein Tetrapack Apfelsaft und etwas Fruchtsalat hatte. Der Filterkaffee war, wie oft in Kanada, eher dünn für europäische Zungen.

Great for our one-night stay before my graduation ceremony
Pros:

The room was clean and the location was great. It's right at the end of Princess Street and super close by Slush Puppie Place, where we needed to be the following morning. Parking is available in their underground parking lot.

Cons:

The breakfast was good, but was pre-prepared in a box. It would have been nice to have more options, but there are also plenty of cafes in Kingston if you want more options.

Location great, room size great, comfy bed, even city view was nice. pool was great and bento box at breakfast was vg.

Cons:

TV only had about 10 channels. Couldnt find British Open golf nor FIFA World Cup. Coffee wasn’t good at all. But rest of breakfast was excellent. Toilet didn’t flush well. Had to hold handle down til flushed properly.

Pros:

Option to take breakfast in the box; the breakfast was not great, but very convenient. Friendly staff, great location. I also liked the choice of soaps / shampoos

Cons:

Windows with lake view also open to restaurants, so you can hear the music in the evening; the AC would hum even when turned off reducing comfort during the night.

Well, the location was fantastic. The hotel left much to be desired.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the location and how close it was to all the main attractions, the views that my window were very enjoyable, but that’s about it

Cons:

We paid $600 for a two nights day, the breakfast bento box was not enjoyable at all, nothing that I would consider as a real breakfast food, our room cards keys were the magnetized after about eight hours, which caused us to have to go back to the desk to activate them and on the first night, the TV continuously showed no Internet or very weak signal so we were not able to even enjoy watching TV. For the price we paid I would’ve expected more

Trois jours de promenade à pied et de belles visites.
Pros:

Super bien situé. Nous avons visité quatre attractions dans la même journée à pied. Très bons restaurants et à proximité. Le personnel est très accueillant et accommodant. Nous étions quand même 5 dans la même chambre. Jamais manqué de rien et personnel toujours souriant.

Cons:

Le wi-fi était intermittent et ne fonctionnait majoritairement pas. Il est très difficile de manœuvrer dans le stationnement.
Le déjeuner amène le déjeuner continental à sa plus simple expression avec aucun choix possible.

Decent, location makes it good but property def needs some money put into it

Cons:

Got a lake view room but the glass of windows was so dirty that the experience looking out the window was hampered
No ice machine on the floor, i asked the staff and they said they had 1 machine for the entire hotel and it was broken so i can bring the bucket to lobby and they can give me ice
Rooms were not sound proof, we could hear kids crying in other rooms, roof had cracks
no water bottles were provided
