Hôtel bien situé, calme, propre.
Pros:

Le confort de la literie.
Le petit coin avec les fauteuils.
La vue sur la piscine et le lac Ontario ( pas Lac America)

Cons:

La porte de la salle de bain. Porte coulissante et pas insonorisée.
Mais c'est pas vraiment grave.

personnel tres gentils, font leur possible pour nous aider, nous diriger et repondre a nos demandes
Pros:

Chambre….Grande et propre Oreillers trop epais, ai du demander qu’on me trouve un oreiller plus plat , ce qui a été fait, au bout de quelques recherches
salle de bains, aucun equipement adapté pour ainés……pas de barres, ni de tapis anti derapant
Une femme de ménage m’a trouvé un tapis et un autre une chaise pour installer dans la baignoire

Cons:

Pas de lobby….la salle a manger ferme des que le dejeuner ( une boite ) a récupérer avant 10 heures, la salle a manger ferme des 11 heures……Des le * check out* on a pas le choix de rester sur place, mais on peut laisser notre valise en consigne

Pros:

A localização e enquadramento do hotel é privilegiada, merece uma melhoria no serviço prestado.
Centro de Kingston é pequeno, visita-se num raio de 10 min a pé do hotel.
Dimensão do quarto e janela para o cais de saída do cruzeiro das 1000 ilhas.
Wifi do hotel era muito bom.

Cons:

Limpeza do quarto estava abaixo do desejado, algum pó nos moveis, TV e sobretudo nas paredes, evidenciam pouco cuidado na recepção dos hóspedes.
Ao pequeno almoço é entregue uma caixa (coloca alguma ordem no processo) mas não há opção de escolha. Era preferível uma tarifa sem pequeno almoço uma vez que há muito boas opções de cafés em redor do hotel .

Les équipements vétustes, la Clim dans la chambre 600 faisait un bruit de moteur d’avion. C’est notre pire nuit au Canada

Parfait pour un court séjour à Kingston
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait au centre-ville et en bordure du lac. Les chambres sont confortables.

Cons:

Le stationnement est exigu. Même déjeuner chaque jour servi dans une boîte en carton. C’est bien mais on pourrait améliorer l’empreinte écologique.
