The hotel is nice, in a beautiful location. My room had a spectacular view of the Nile and the pyramids in Giza could even be seen in the far distance.
The hotel restaurants are however in need of some additional care and investment and the breakfast buffet was tired and uninspiring, the Italian restaurant as well as the restaurant in the lobby could also benefit from an upgrade.
The gym could definitely be improved with some helpful staff. I had to remind them to provide water and cups.
The staff at the checkout were not very helpful or pleasant, despite it being relatively calm when i checked out.
