Pros:

Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Unser Zimmer war super mit getrenntem Wohn- und Schlafbereich, sehr guten, harten Matratzen ( ich mag es zumindest) und tollem Blick auf die Altstadt von Mostar.

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Bad, Zimmer wurde manchmal nicht gemacht, Weg in die Stadt und zurück ist recht steil bergab bzw. bergauf, aber dafür eben ein genialer Ausblick.

La posizione dell' hotel che, pur essendo panoramica e vicino al centro, presenta una forte pendenza. Raggiungere il centro può essere agevole, ma, soprattutto per chi non è più giovane, molto faticoso il ritorno in hotel. Preferibile sposstarsi in auto.

Okay not great
Pros:

Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room upgrade was much appreciated. The massuse called Medina was lovely and helpful. Was really convenient to have hair salon at the spa and enjoyed the wash and blowdry.

Cons:

The location was on steep incline and i wish i saw reviews that stated this. It is a tiring walk from the stari bridge even though its minutes away, it’s a workout every time you come back up. Shame there were no toiletries in the bathroom - for a spa hotel which is pretty high up from local stores I would expect them to have this especially in an apartment room. The breakfast and lunch menu leaves more to be desired and a majority of it is cold food. If it runs out or they just don’t have it at the time and you ask for it, it’s tough luck. Bed is stiff, didn’t sleep well unfortunately. No iron in the hotel at all, they charge to take your items to be ironed as part of laundry service, this should have been specified in the room details. I believe they don’t have a conventional iron its more of a steam machine as they couldn’t get the creases out my clothes and had to send back few times, it also meant they didn’t want to take risks with ironing thin items due to risk of damage - the clothes i had were super creased and needed to be ironed so this was really disappointing as i was still charged. If they simply bought one iron and kept it centrally they could simply hand out to those who need it. Its the small things that make a big difference given the standard of this hotel.

Ubicación y limpieza genial
Pros:

Hotel Eden en Mostar muy recomendable.
Ubicación perfecta, a solo 5 minutos andando del barrio histórico de Mostar.

Habitaciones muy limpias, desayuno abundante y de buena calidad. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia.

Si vas en coche, ten en cuenta que para llegar tendrás que subir por algunas calles bastante curiosas y estrechas, algo típico de la zona.

En general, una experiencia muy buena y repetiríamos sin duda.

Očekivali smo vise ,jer hotel izgleda predivno,ali izgleda da je umrla volja za radom i napredovanjem.

Lokacija i ljepota hotela

Cons:

Prostor wellnessa nije imao mir i opuštajuću zonu,nego dernjavu djece,skakanje i narušavanje onoga sto je placeno. Također nema kutak za osvježenje vodom nakon izlaska iz saune i tuševi ne rade kako treba.
