Ansatte i resturanten var hyggelige, og maten var god+.

Cons:

Beliggenheten er elendig. Skulle tro det er kort vei til gamlebyen, men en bakke fra helvete skiller gamlebyen og hotellet.
Hotellansatte kunne til tider vise tydelig frustrasjon.
Rommet ble ikke ryddet mellom dagene, fikk heller ikke nye håndklær.
Bassenget var iskaldt, og resepsjonen til spaet var ubemannet.
Ingen baggasjeoppbevaringsrom, alt står åpent i resepsjonsområdet, så ikke la verdisaker bli igjen.

Mostar is an absolute gem!
Pros:

As a woman traveling alone, I felt very comfortable at this accommodation. You can see the whole city from here, and it’s just a 10- to 15-minute walk to the center. The food at the restaurant was great, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. My room was big and the beds were comfortable. Since I only stayed in Mostar for one night, I unfortunately didn't have time to use the spa area, but I got a great impression of it. There is plenty of free parking spaces in front of the hotel. I loved the city of Mostar so much, it was the highlight of my roadtrip trough Croatia, Bosnia and Montenegro. You can not miss this city!

Cons:

Please keep in mind that the hotel is located on a hill, and the route to the city center involves many stairs and is either all downhill or uphill. The parking lot is also on a slope, so I would be careful here, especially if you have a lot of lugage, a stroller or wheelchair. However, there is a flat area in front of the building where you can unload your belongings.

Schnell in der Altstadt, nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, der Kaffee schmeckt, sauber, ruhig, großzügige Zimmer und Badezimmer, schöner und angenehmer Pool (sehr erstaunlich, dass ein Indoorpool mit Glasdach bei 34 Grad Außentemperatur ein derart erfrischendes Erlebnis vermitteln kann). Gute Motorradparkplätze, Aufzug

Fabulous stay - would highly recommend
Pros:

Lovely big room, great air-conditioning, big bed, very comfortable with good pillows and linen. Nice balcony to sit out on. Good breakfast. Very tasty lunch (chicken sandwich, vegetable risotto). Very nice swimming pool to cool down (not huge, but decent) and nice area to sit out on sun loungers in the fresh air. Nice area to sit out in front of the hotel too. Excellent location- 5mins from old town down the hill. Nice staff.

La terrasse avec vue

Il manquait une bouilloire pour un 4 étoiles et pour aller au centre il y a une sacrée descente avec des escaliers et donc le retour est raide pour celui qui a des problèmes de mobilité
