El personal, la ubicación y el desayuno
It is a place we have been going to for years as we Love Inveraray as my husband has dementia thought it would be good for us and him to reminisce
The car park is gone and carpark pay at £1.20 an hour, so we were there 22hours. Husband can't walk far and it was disappointing for us . It needs to be on for people to realise they will be an extra £20 Or so
Excellent location, lovely restaurant and friendly staff.
Only 5 car park spaces at hotel.
Breakfast was ok,Buffet style the usual continental, cereals toast croissants jams cheese. Scottish,bacon eggs tomatoes sausage.
The herb sausage would've preferred plain, not enough fruit and pastries.
We never had breakfast as we wanted to suit ourselves when to eat, location was great and our room had a great view of the loch. We did have meals in the evening in the hotel and they were really nice.

Lovely quiet and relaxing room on the second floor. I slept like a log. Very clean room and incredibly comfortable bed. Bathroom was large, super clean and snelled great. It was modern, bright and very well set up with a bath and overbath shower. Lovely Highland Soap Company toiletries and fluffy white towels made it a very relaxing experience. Was very happy to have booked this smashing twin room at the last minute for a short break. I ate in the lounge and had delicious scampi, chips and salad followed by tablet ice cream and a big pot of tea with shortbread. The service was friendly and very professional and the dinner was delicious and very good value. Overall I cannot fault this traditional hotel. It is always a great experience whether for a long break or a shorter one booked last minute like this one was. The staff are all absolutely lovely and very helpful...and when you're travelling solo like I was, this really makes your experience so much better. I always feel safe and happy here. Thanks once again for a great break. Be back soon to my favourite hotel in Argyll!

Mooie lokatie in klein fraai dorpje vlak naast Inveraray Castle. . En het beste ontbijt dat we tijdens 2 weken trekken door de Highlands hebben gegeten. Eindelijk perfecte (espresso) koffie, heerlijke eitjes met gerookte zalm met goed brood in een prima ontbijtkamer. . En "last but not least" ontzettend aardige attente correcte bediening door jongeman tijdens ontbijt. Hotel zeker een aanrader.
Kamers zijn prima en schoon maar niet wow.
