Categories

Cleanliness
9.3
Multiple reviewers explicitly praise the hotel as 'very clean', 'clean and quiet' and note tidy rooms and housekeeping; no widespread cleanliness complaints.
Service
9
Staff repeatedly described as helpful, friendly and accommodating (mentions of reception, specific staff like Brianna); a few minor service-related placement issues (room assignment) but overall strong service sentiment.
Location
9
Frequently noted as centrally located, close to the highway and QEW, near restaurants and convenient for Niagara/Falls visits; location sentiment is consistently positive.
Room Quality
8.9
Rooms described as comfortable with good beds and pillows; generally positive room quality though isolated issues were reported (fridge not cooling, requests for different floor/closer to elevator).
Amenities
8.4
Amenities mentioned include breakfast, pool, basketball court and pet accommodation; some guests noted missing complimentary water and occasional equipment issues, so amenities are good but not flawless.
Value for Money
8.8
Several reviewers call it good value or note reasonable rates and 'custo-benefício'—overall perception is fair to strong value for the price.
Food and Beverage
8.1
Breakfast is frequently praised as good and varied, but a minority of guests disliked typical North American processed offerings or had issues with fridge spoilage; overall positive with some dissent.
Overall Experience
8.9
Overall impression is very positive with many guests saying they'd return; small recurring negatives (fridge, water, accessibility of some rooms) keep it from a perfect score.
