Schöner Aufenthalt in San Diego
Pros:

Tolle Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden - Parkanlage und auch der Einstieg zum "Old Town Trolley Tours" in wenigen Gehminuten entfernt.
Das Hotelfrühstück hatte eine riesige Auswahl und war sehr gut / auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel und im Zimmer muss man positiv anmerken. Zimmer selbst etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber uns persönlich stört das nicht - hauptsache sauber.

Längere Wartezeit an der Rezeption zum Check-in und Check-out

Pros:

Lugar muy cómodo, habitación limpia, buen desayundo muy variado. Tenían té y café disponible 24/7.

Cons:

Costó obptener la factura al final de la estadía debido a que la reserva fue hecha en booking, pero fuera de eso todo excelente.

Great property, horrible staff/customer service.
Pros:

The location is great! It’s a clean hotel.

Cons:

It's mostly the staff. The rooms are amazing, the buffet breakfast is one of the best I've had, but the staff is just simply rude. No smiles, no courtesy, no customer service. They are entirely rude and they seem like they don't want to be there. You'd think that they greet you with two stones in their hands.

Pros:

Breakfast was good , variety of food,the room was a little smaller than expected but the location was good to places to visit.

Cons:

The pool was being drained out so I could not enjoy it, Also once you enter parking structure from the street the turns to go from one floor level to another were ridiculous they were too narrow in making the turns that several times I had to reverse my car adjust the turn again.
