The breakfast was definitely a perk. The space was clean, and there were many choices and varieties of food/beverages including fresh fruit, yogurt, pancakes, sausages. The hotel had amenities like coffee available all day in the lobby, and there was also a self-service laundry. The staff was also very helpful.
On one of the days, we didn't receive housekeeping. We were only there for two nights so we didn't bother to complain. Plus, we returned to the room in the evening (out from the morning) so we didn't ask to have the room cleaned since it was already 6pm.
La forma de hacer el checking muy exigente y al ser hispanos, note racismo
El trato
La atención de los recepcionistas.
El desayuno bastante variado
Hotel práctico
Nothing
We paid extra for a king suite with a balcony. We got some beat up Dirty AF room with the smallest balcony and beat up sliding door. The towels had hair in them. The bathroom was crusty and dusty. The sink had weird yellow stuff in it. The shower looked funky and had hair and white substances all over it. Room service barely tried cleaning it. The floors were so dirty our white socks turned black like we walked outside. Homeless all over- and not to mention the moment we stepped outside there was human feces on the side walk and cockroaches crawling up the walls. The parking is so bad. You can barely drive through the narrow halls.
I can't say anything I liked about the Hoilday Inn
Hair everywhere in the bathroom, mould in the bathroom, stains all over carpet, filthy toilet down stairs next to hotels restaurant.
Clean, comfortable, friendly staff at front dest and cleaning staff. Best breakfast ever
Todo
Everything was clean and had a good location for close by shops.
Nothing
Geräumiges Zimmer, alles, was man braucht, war da.
Tiene excelente ubicación, el desayuno es muy completo y la gente que atiende en el desayuno es muy amable.
A los de recepción les falta uno poco más de amabilidad.
We were very disappointed with our stay and decided to leave after the first night, despite having booked and paid for three nights.
Unfortunately, neither the room nor the overall hotel experience reflected the price we paid. Both the room and the hotel had an unpleasant smell, and we were disappointed to discover that the pool was closed. Even if it had been open, the overall condition of the hotel appeared neglected and run-down, and we would not have felt comfortable using it.
In addition, there were construction works taking place around the hotel, which further affected our experience.
One positive aspect was that the parking area appeared to be well secured. This for sure because of the significant number of homeless individuals and people who seemed to be under the influence of drugs.
What was particularly frustrating was the lack of response from the hotel staff. After check-in, we received a text message asking whether everything was satisfactory. We replied (at our own expense, as international guests), explaining our concerns, but never received any response. We also attempted to call the hotel, which cost us approximately $20 due to international charges. After waiting in the queue for a considerable time, the call was eventually disconnected.
