Tutto, ma soprattutto la gentilezza e simpatia del personale, carinissima Monica della reception. Relax in piscina pulitissima, stanza grande ed accogliente, cibo ottimo. Se dovessi tornare a Milano lo sceglierei di nuovo anche se un po' lontano dal centro.

Lovely pool in the heart of Milan
Pros:

The pool and pool staff and breakfast were great.
Reception staff friendly.

Cons:

We were on holiday staying for leisure and woken up early every morning by deliveries and lorries and men shouting.
It would be good if the hotel asked residents before they allocated the rooms.

I travel a lot around the world, the best hotel I've ever stayed in.
Pros:

Perfect hotel, the staff there is kind, with a smile and always provides service from the heart. Clean, spacious rooms, and I added two more days. Thank you very much, highly recommend. Varied and luxurious breakfast, the restaurant is amazing, the pool is perfect. I'm sure I'll go back there.
