Spacious rooms, big area and a lot of parking spaces available. Easy to find and well located if you have a car to travel around. Breaskfast selection is wider then most italian hotels and a great coffee service.
Beds were squeky, annyoing fire alarm blinking just above our bed, underground parking was full of trash (maybe due to renovations going on, but still..)
Breakfast was fantastic. Huge buffet, lots of options, very plentiful. Pool area was well maintained and food and drinks available was varied and good quality. Staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly.
It isn't close to any form of public transport and there is no hotel provided shuttle to the nearest metro or tram station.
The TV was glitchy and only had news channels in English.
Leuk zwembad. Goed uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Mooie kamer met veel ruimte. We verbleven met twee kinderen die in andere kamer op slaapbank sliepen. Jammer dat daar geen deur voor zat. Voor de rest geen opmerkingen.
Stille og rolig beliggenhet, enkelt å komme seg til sentrum, med kollektiv transport. Hyggelig og hjelpsom personale, god service.
Tv funket ikke som forventet. Det var umulig å logge på for eksempel Netflix. Man måtte betale extra for å kose seg meg film på kvelden.
Ruime kamers, heerlijk zwembad, uitgebreid ontbijt, goede verbinding met Milaan (tram/bus op 10 minuten wandelen van het hotel).
Zetelbed kraakte en minder comfortabel. Te weinig ligbedden/stoelen aan het zwembad.
Herzlichen Dank für das tolle Upgrade! Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und das meiste Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich! Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, insgesamt macht alles einen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ist super.
Punktabzug gibt es für das extrem unfreundliche Personal an der Bar. Insbesondere an unserem Ankunftstag war das aus unserer Perspektive schon sehr außergewöhnlich. Keine Begrüßung, kein Service am Tisch. Ich musste an die Bar gehen und bestellen obwohl genügend Personal vorhanden war. Wir sind schon öfters in diesem Hotel gewesen und wir waren sehr überrascht dieses Mal vom Personal an der Bar.
Property amazing, had a lovely pool & gym that you could use.
Breakfast was nice, the hotel staff were really welcoming, helped us celebrate our anniversary and also gave our toddler a teddy bear which was a nice touch
Location, is it a little bit out the way not much around.
Can get to the centre within 30 mins but if you want to stay local not much to do

The pool is great, the front desk staff were excellent and the rooms were very nice
The restaurant in the foyer was very average. They got two of four orders wrong but because of timing we couldn’t get them corrected (almost end of lunch time and staff were rushing to finish).
