Getting your luggage from the parking space to the hotel room is quite a walk
Bardzo dobre śniadania, duża łazienka, obecność sauny, bar hotelowy, telewizor, basen, gniazdka przy łóżkach.

Reinigungspersonal sehr bemüht. Die Gäste untereinander waren entgegenkommender und freundlicher als das Personal !
Personal ignoriert leider die Gäste und die Freundlichkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Bestellen an der Bar war sehr mühsam.
P.S. Es gibt allerdings auch angenehme Ausnahmen: wie der Herr beim Frühstücksempfang und wie schon erwähnt, das Zimmerpersonal.

We booked a double room with breakfast included, and on our arrival they told us that the breakfast was only paid for the adults and they asked us another 45 euros per day for the rest of our family. They told us it is a new policy but no one knew about it. It is written in tiny letter after you pay, and if you pay with no refund you are doomed. We just wanted to give us our money back for the paid breakfast and we would be happy but neither Hilton nor Booking did anything to solve this matter. It is not something you expect from Hilton services. Bad experience.

Duschen in der Badewanne. Zu wenig Handtücher bei der Anreise. Bessere Zwischenreimigung des Teppichbodens.

the outside pool and sauna inside give you the right vacation vibes and let you forget about the wish to see the old city of Vienna haha
bottles with water in the rooms could be free, but they aren't unless you have some higher tier of their loyalty program. I believe such an hotel just shouldn't be saving on this.
location is pretty far away from city attractions. seemed like 30+ min walk, so we just skipped this and spent the time at the hotel on our drive through in Austria

Struttura di buon livello affacciata sul Danubio, in ottima posizione a 5-7 minuti dalla metro.
Colazione a buffet estremamente abbondante, con grande varietà soprattutto di salato.
Bella Sauna con vista sul fiume e piscina, anche se di pomeriggio all'ombra.
L’emplacement était top au bord du Danube. Les chambres sont grandes et les lits confortables.
Très mal insonorisé. Les portes de chambres laisse un jour assez grand surtout quand les gens pense que le couloir est une aire de jeux pour les enfants.
La piscine mériterait d’être chauffée un minimum. Mettre un pediluve et interdire les chaussures autour de la piscine
