Great place to stay
Pros:

Great location, really nice terrace on the waterfront to have breakfast and suppers. Easy walk to public transport and a very good swimming pool.

Cons:

Bacon and eggs were often overcooked, too crispy and unappetising.

A nice oasis away from the city.
Pros:

Nice facilities, especially the sauna. Lovely cafe on the Danube. Easy access to the ubahn to get into the city. Nice room for a family of 3. Overall enjoyed and would stay again!

Cons:

Lacking towels in the pool area asked 3 times but no one came. Menu was limited and very expensive. Room was nice but no one ever answered at reception. AC not strong enough for size of room but they brought us a fan.

Wir haben uns rundum sehr professionell umsorgt gefühlt. Das Frühstück war super abwechslungsreich.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war super geräumig. Die Matratzen waren super.

Cons:

Der Duschkopf war etwas locker. Der Pool hätte etwas beheizt werden können. Aber das härtet ab.

Awesome front desk customer service!
Pros:

Both Simon and Sandra went above and beyond in service. We had lost our hockey sticks in transit and they helped us with air Canada and delivered them to the room once they were returned. As well, they remembered Nixons birthday on the day and wished him a happy birthday.

House keeping needs to up their game though. Only had two towels on arrival for four people. We got two more towels and when they cleaned room once again we only had two towels so we had to get more again. We were missing garbage cans in the room an ice bucket. They didn’t replace glasses that were used.

Wir übernachteten schlussendlich drei Nächte. Die Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter (Mohamed und Katrin) an der Rezeption, die Ausstattung, das Frühstück wie auch das Abendessen sowie die Lage).
