Ich hatte ein exklusives Zimmer mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf den Fluss gebucht. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und der Ausblick war wirklich ein Highlight meines Aufenthalts.

Dennoch war ich von einigen Punkten enttäuscht. Der Kühlschrank bzw. die Minibar war leer, Wasser war bereits ab der ersten Flasche kostenpflichtig, und im Badezimmer standen weder Zahnbürste noch Zahnpasta zur Verfügung.

Für mich entspricht die Ausstattung und der Service daher eher einem guten 3-Sterne-Hotel als einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Bei einem 4-Sterne-Haus und einem exklusiven Zimmer hätte ich mehr Komfort und zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten erwartet.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm, insbesondere wegen des sauberen Zimmers und der schönen Aussicht, jedoch sehe ich beim Service und bei der Zimmerausstattung noch Verbesserungspotenzial.
