Lovely hotel in heart of Venice.
Pros:

Loved the location once we found the hotel.
We had a corner room overlooking a canal & bridge & it was gorgeous. Really loved the hotel & staff were very friendly & helpful.
They have their own pier on a canal which was great for water taxi.
Short walk to St Marks square.

Cons:

Breakfast was basic.
