As expected.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, with excellent service and well managed.

Cons:

Stupid "bonus" questions on this survey! Checking in at 5 am would be normal for that hotel, given flight times into Darwin, but we felt the extra charges were exploitative.

Great location and really helpful staff just a little overpriced and Hotel could do the refresh
Pros:

Great location in the heart of town staff are very good and the place is extremely clean

Cons:

Getting a little tired now, and could do with the refresh to be perfectly honest. We did notice some in room, dining plates and cups and glasses outside of a door for our entire stay there which is a bit unusual.

Très bon séjour au Hilton Darwin.
Pros:

Chambre confortable, bonne literie, calme. Bon petit déjeuner. Très bien placé, dans la rue principale de Darwin. Le front de mer est facilement accessible à pieds, on y trouve de nombreux restaurants.

Pros:

The hotel is located closely to the city center and staff were nice and (tried to be) helpful.
Great lobby with a welcoming atmosphere

Cons:

We arrived late after a long flight and we were really tired. The first room given to us was dirty - we found hair in the bed (first row of pillars linen habe been changed, second haven't - you could sense from the touch of the linnnen). When we wanted to put a towel over it we realized that towels had black spots (looked like make up from former guests ). Disgusting
Second room given was bigger but not clean neither. A swipe with a wet tissue on the floor tiles results in a grey if not back tissue. We complained again and were given another room & promised an additional "deep clean" next day. Next day the deep clean still left us with fingertips from our predecessor and toothpaste spots on the bathrooms glass door and some dirt on the shower cabin. Another complaint made it even worse - the whole Glassdoor was white-ish afterwards.
In addition the executive lounge food was mediocre only. Just some fried processed food and some (dried) sandwiches.
We originally wanted to stay again for at least another night but cancelled. Horrible experience - will not come back
I do understand that not every hotel is new and refurbished. But if you already run an old house/ furniture, you could at least have a look at cleanliness. Mistakes happen but after being pin pointed trice without any improvement that's what I call poor management.
Last and least: the pool. Rusty screws, tiny and - again - far from clean. There are better options in Darwin, I am really disappointed.
