Enjoyable, relaxing, superb service!
Pros:

Breakfast offered a wide range of fresh foods, and the coffee was good. I liked that there were enough staff to ensure pleasant, efficient and friendly service, all whilst the staff members worked at a fast pace.

Cons:

No complimentary bottled water in the room.

Pros:

The staff and hotel didn’t have a clue about bookings. Back in August I was told that I need to book on the 5th OCTOBER as the conference hadn’t booked, I paid for it myself. But when I arrived they said that there was 2 bookings in my name. Still waiting for a refund

Good location and comfortable rooms but everything closes very early!

Location was good. Room was clean and comfortable!

Very sterile. Not a lot of atmosphere. Bar closed very early. No bar or food service at the pool!

Pleasant but the beds were a bit uncomfortable

Friendly staff, great pool, nice restaurants

Cons:

The beds in our room this time were very uncomfortable, and the room air conditioning was either very cold or warm. This made it hard to sleep. The shower screens were too short and this meant water sprayed on to the bathroom floor.
