It is not an airport hotel, it took us 70 minutes from the moment I called for a shuttle until we got to the hotel. We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle standing in the pouring rain, very tried from a long flight, plus it took 25 minutes' drive to the hotel. In the next morning we had to leave 30 minutes before we needed (than the only shuttle – one driver was sick? left to the airport) and it also took 25 minutes drive. ,

“One Night, No Frills, Problem Solved”
Pros:

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one night to be closer to Logan Airport. Our room on the second floor was decent—clean, simple, and functional, but definitely no bells or whistles.
Unfortunately, there was a significant leak just outside our room, and the staff had to place buckets in the hallway to catch the water. While this was inconvenient, it seemed like they were doing their best to manage the situation.
One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is the long-term parking, which costs $25 per day and was very convenient for our trip. They also offer a Q4 shuttle to the airport, which made transportation easy and stress-free.
Dining options nearby are limited; the only close option we found was an Uno restaurant, which was subpar at best.
Overall, if you’re looking for a basic, accessible place to stay before flying out of Logan and don’t mind minimal amenities, this hotel could be a reasonable option.

Great value, breakfast amazing
Pros:

Fantastic location next to a shopping plaza w/ 2 supermarkets, restaurants and fast food all walking distance

Ok but further from Logan Airport than expected
Pros:

The free airport shuttle. However, it was a very crowded shuttle and some people were left behind because it was full and I think they had quite a long wait for the shuttle to return.

Cons:

The hotel was further from the airport than I expected. About 20 minutes away.  the hotel seemed old and a need of updates. There’s no restaurant on site, just a little coffee station. For the amount of money I paid for this hotel, I certainly expected more.

There was no stay

The Shuttle driver

Cons:

Everything but the shuttle driver/svc. I booked through Booking.com bc my flight was cancelled and rebooked for the next day. The hotel reservation was accepted and I was provided a confirmation #. However, upon arrival to the hotel I was told there was no reservation from Booking.com, they had been having issues all day with Booking.com, and they didn’t have any rooms to offer me. They had a shuttle svc and the driver was most gracious enough to drive me back to the airport for me to wait until the next day for my rebooked flight.

Near to Boston and convenient connections
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, friendly hotel just outside of Boston. We especially appreciated the free shuttle service (24/7) to and from the airport and also to and from the train station. Located next to a small mall and also a great restaurant.

Great spot for early flight
Pros:

I stayed at the Four Points in April 2026. Hotel seems to have gone through a really nice renovation. Was on the 6th floor. Was quiet and rooms were clean and updated. 15 min to the city and free shuttle to the airport for my early flight. Shuttle leave every half hour, reserve at from desk. Exactly what I was looking for! Will definitely stay here again for the same purpose.
