Get what you pay for
Pros:

The area and views, its tucked away from the road, very quiet and tranquil.

Cons:

The breakfast didnt have the wow factor compared to the dinner we had the night before, quite bland and undercooked.

Not that its any fault of the hotel, but due to the weather, the fire alarms kept going off from 2.30am till about 4am.

It was the prefect location for us but it’s looking very old and grubby.
Pros:

It was where we wanted to be. Food was excellent!

Cons:

The room wasn’t nice - it looked like the ceiling had fallen in a one point and there was water stains. The shower door seal was black and looked very dirty.

Budget quality hotel at budget price.
Pros:

Location just after the Britannia Bridge, tucked away was reasonably quiet. Large free car park. Restaurant and bar very nice and enjoyable food. Rooms clean though in need of refurbishment. Price reflected the quality so was okay for an overnight stay.

Cons:

Hotel is tired and scruffy in places. Poor selection at breakfast for £12 - toast, fruit juice and 3 cereals. Cooked breakfast was one item of each.
