Excellent stay at a very good property
Pros:

Excellent stay at a surprisingly good hotel. Room facilities were good and the breakfast was excellent. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Very good gym and spa attached to the facilities also.

Hi,

This is my second stay at your property, and I also recommended it to my friend (Mr. Jasim). Unfortunately, this time both of us had a very poor experience.

The terrace rooms were significantly smaller than expected, and the air conditioning was not working properly, making the room very uncomfortable. I checked in at 8:30 PM and requested a late checkout until 2 PM, but was informed of an additional charge of INR 500 per hour.

Additionally, I extended my stay by one night and was charged INR 11,800, which I find excessively high for the experience provided.

As a frequent traveler who stays in many premium properties, I chose your hotel again based on my previous positive experience. However, this stay was disappointing. I hope you will review this matter seriously.
