Terrible will not recommend or return to that hotel.
Pros:

The manager was terrible. Managed by K & M hotel management company.
The room has a door that the entire door and frame were falling off. You had to push the door into the correct spot so the locks would work.

Cons:

The Property Manager would not get off his chair and look at the issues in the room. I am surprised at how low their standards are in customer service.
Our balcony had a broken glass wall that is dangerously cracked. The walls were taped in one of our rooms. Breakfast was coffee and cake only.

Struttura che potrebbe dare 100, e dà 50. Struttura bella, posizione stupenda, location vicine stupendissime.
Camera carina, spaziosa, bel balcone. Pulizia super. Bagno anche molto bene.

Cons:

Lo staff. Nessuno è stato scortese, ma nemmeno chissà quanto carini. All'arrivo c'era una receptionist che non mi ha dato info se non "Questo è il tuo numero di stanza, grazie". Ho chiesto io a che ora fosse la colazione e dove fosse servita. Nessuna info aggiuntiva. Balcone carinissimo ma il guano in vista sul balcone non era il top. Colazione vergognosa. Le foto su Booking non corrispondono alla realtà, la colazione consiste in due fette di ciambellone confezionato, succo cattivo, burro, marmellate confezionate, avena e corn flakes che non si sa in cosa andrebbero mangiati, forse a secco, in quanto non c'è né latte presente, né yogurt, pane, caffè. BASTA. La signorina alla colazione felicemente seduta con lo smartphone in mano. Il signore alla reception monosillabico. Insomma.... fortemente migliorabile tutto.

Pros:

Nous sommes restés juste une nuit avant de reprendre l'avion, pour profiter de la mer, mais ce n'est pas terrible l'emplacement.
Tout s'est bien passé sinon.

Cons:

La lumière est beaucoup trop faible. Pour une nuit ce n'est pas grave mais quand on reste plusieurs jours le manque de luminosité est trop sombre.
Dans le lit il y avait des ressorts au niveau des jambes

Pros:

Colazione perfetta nella sua semplicità, la stanza colazioni era un soggiorno shabby chic colroato e curatissimo, l'ho adorato. La stanza era immensa, con un terrazzo meraviglioso. La pulizia ineccepibile e la cortesia dello staff da prendere ad egregio esempio.

Cons:

Sinceramente niente, mi sono sentita perfettamente a mio agio e ho avuto tutti i comfort di cui avevo bisogno
