Pros:

Schöne Gegend, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Schöner Ausblick auf den Charles River.

Cons:

Das Frühstückskonzept hat uns leider nicht überzeugt. Anstelle eines Frühstücksbuffets erhält man einen Gutschein und muss sich das Frühstück selbst im Restaurant aussuchen und kaufen. Für uns war das umständlich und entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen an ein Hotelfrühstück.

Außerdem wurden Einweg-Plastikbesteck und Plastikbecher verwendet. Das wirkte weder hochwertig noch besonders umweltfreundlich.

Die Parkgebühren empfanden wir ebenfalls als hoch. Uns ist bewusst, dass dies für Cambridge vermutlich nicht ungewöhnlich ist, dennoch hätten wir uns günstigere oder im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Parkmöglichkeiten gewünscht.

Cons:

The AC unit took a long time to cool the room. This was even despite a friendly maintenance member coming to assess the unit. I was able to stay comfortable, but the unit might need to be updated.

Destination fee scam
Pros:

Will not recommend. We were hit with a $32 destination fee which we didn’t agree on. Then they give you a $32 cruder to use at the bistro that we didn’t use. Reached out to the front desk and was told that the fee was bonded into the contract with TripAdvisor. Searching everywhere and didn’t see such thing. We were still disputing the charge and requesting a refund for that amount

We stayed here for the great location-- easy walk to Central Station and the hip vibes of Cambridge.
Pros:

Easy check-in- helpful staff answered all our questions.

Cons:

The $32 credit that was charged first and then offered for us to use at the bar/breakfast. That was a surprise. Usually we like to chose how we spend our money.
