Great pool, the children loved it! Good breakfast.
Breakfast was fine. Plenty of items and all hot. The breakfast room was well decorated, especially the Italian frescoes on the walls. Room was clean and orderly.
A breakfast pastry or yogurt cups would be a good option.
Oh those industrial scrambled eggs! Not good.

The linens were clean and the man at the front desk was so nice.
When I arrived the man at the front desk checked me in quickly, he was really nice and professional. However walking down the Marijuana smelling hall (bottom floor) i found the carpets were filthy, the walls were dusty and banged up. I walked into my room and already the floors were sticky, it smelled musty and the air was damp. The bed was barely tucked in, there was a white substance splattered on the office chair (use your imagination) the shower was black and orange with mold and there was dirt and hair all over the floors. The fridge was also sticky and dirty. I went to the front desk and requested a rooms change, to which the super nice man obliged and upgraded me to a business class suite! So (post op) I had to lug all of my things up the stairs and around the giant circle to a new room, that was relatively cleaner, but not by much the tub was rusty the mirror was damaged the fan didnt work so everything got wet when I showered, it was very dusty and the curtains didnt close all the way.
I stayed for two nights, Friday and Saturday. Each night there were kids running up and down the halls screaming until about 11pm. There were drunk adults slamming into the walls, and laughing hysterically about it, banging on each other's doors, yelling when the spoke to each other.
I went down for breakfast on Saturday morning but only ended up having a piece of toast because the eggs were watery and there wasn't much other options. No yogurt, the bananas were brown, no bacon, so I didnt bother having breakfast Sunday before I left. I honestly just wanted out of there!
DO NOT STAY HERE. Don't waste your money. The courtyard hype isnt worth the money you'll pay for the disgusting room and terrible stay you'll have.

Mooie ruime kamer. Netjes. Vriendelijk personeel. Erg leuke binnenplaats met zwembad. Goed ontbijt. Leuke authentieke stijl van de kamer.
Must have been a beautiful place back in the day. It is tired. Staff was great
Sheets and curtains washed so many times they are really worn out.
Mattress on pull out bed was horrible

I use to there every year with my kids. It has been 3-4 years since my last visit, and I wanted to show my partner how great the hotel was, but I was shocked to see the BAD SHAPE the room was, the FLOOR was CRUSTY/DIRTY (like I've never seen in hotel).
There was water in the floor grouth front the corner of the tub to the main door of the room. My partner stepped in water when he removed his shoes at the door.
I went to tell the person working at the front desk and at the same time asked them for an extra blanket (there was just the sheets and the mini cover).
The guy at the front dest said that they will delivered a blanket to the room. I waited 30 min (watched a show on the TV), then took a shower while my partner was waiting for them to come, then we tried to fall asleep (with the noise, the no blanket, and starting to be very upset). It was too late and I was too tired to go back to the front desk (volleyball tournament are exhausting).
The next morning, food was ok, but the toaster was not working - we were not the 1st room to eat... it shouldn't take 30 min to figure it out/fix it !
