This was an excellent stay!
Pros:

It was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast area was a good size, with lots of tables. The room was lovely. It was comfortable and the bed was great!

Cons:

I wish I could have accessed my Netflix account to use on the tv in the room.

On Saturday, 8/29 the front desk attendant was on her cellphone unaware I was standing there to get my room key. Elevator smelled like cigarettes. Front lobby was messy. Rug was dirty. Not a good first impression.

It was clean and cozy

Cons:

I felt the staff could've helped more than they did during checkin there was an issue with the card booking had on file making the payment not process which delayed us checking in I had to call booking myself to get the issue corrected we were in a rush already to get to the room to get ready for a concert we were there for...we finally get to the room and when going to shower the water pressure was horrible making us delayed even more ...we were almost 2 hours late...I tried calling to complain but got no answer ...at checkout the manager stated they couldn't compensate since we purchased the reservation via third party...they offered points for a future stay but I do not plan on booking at any of these hotels again...to top it off the complimentary breakfast was not provided due to an issue in the kitchen...total fail won't recommend to anyone.
