Booked non smoking, got smoking room. Felt walking into fog. Got a new room only after want money back. New room no vent fan cover in bathroom. Felt cause fire i when using. Floor dirty. Looked like half used shampoo bottle. Need to redo grout/caulk. No rod to hang my clothes. Safety has very loose. Hallway smelt like spraying cleaning product to cover smell. Walked down hall and smelt Marijuana. Need to make non smoking completely. Breakfast was good if I wanted very weak coffee, waffles and cold food. Maybe some other hot products. Bad first impression using Booking.com.

It was horrible and disgusting!
Pros:

I’m asking for a refund. It was not as pictured or listed. The room was horrible. Lights didn’t work. Room was dirty/not swept/dirt on the floor/bugs in the lampshade. Disgusting!!! Did not stay; had to go to another hotel because it was not hospitable. Horrible everything! Would not recommend!!!

Overall it wasn't a bad place to stay
Pros:

The bathroom had alot of towels the room was huge and the bed was comfortable. It was Bug free!!

Cons:

The sheets were dirty, the floor was dirty and we woke up in morning to floor covered in water not sure if ac was leaking or if it was due to how bad it was raining.

Would never stay here again.

Cons:

There are no elevators. The hotel is old and the room was dirty. Needs a deep cleaning. Beds were concerning. I was worried about bed bugs. The mattresses were not encased but only covered with a mattress cover. I felt itchy after sleeping on sheets. I would not stay here ever again. Breakfast was not good.
