Cons:

Did not get the king suite we booked. 1 wash cloth in 4 days.

Pros:

The room was small, the bathroom needs a good scrubbing and or update. The rug was filthy. The water in the shower dripped the entire time no matter how we tried to close the faucet it just dripped. The Hall carpets we gross. There were no.towels for the pool. The employees were great. We won't book at Holiday Inn Express again.

Cons:

In need of a Reno. Room across hall had a fire and there was a fan running 24/7 to dry it out. Parking was an issue. Pricey for a lesser than property.

Location was great.

Cons:

Got to room only had 2 hand towel 1 bath towel and no face cloth. There was people eveywhere waiting on a room. Breakfast was wonderful

The hotel needs attention
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Good location.

Cons:

We had no towels. we could only shut our door by ramming our bodies into it. There isn’t enough parking. The pancake machine was broken. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed. The carpet was very stained and our room was so humid the mirror was wet.

The most horrible hotel experience ever!
Pros:

I liked that the hotel was in the downtown area and near the market and other Charleston attractions. Not a long ride to any festivities via Uber. The lobby of the hotel was nice. The workout room appeared kempt, but it was too hot for me to enter and try to workout inside. There was no central air working in the room. The housekeeper was really nice. Although her English was limited, she did her best to accommodate us w/the towels that we needed.

Cons:

The room was clean overall, but the bathroom was in HORRIBLE conditions. I called down several time during our stay to ask to be moved to another room, but to our surprise, they sent the maintenance man. The guy Terry at the front desk took down the wrong issue. Our bathroom floor was flooded with water each time we showered. It was dangerous and you can tell from the warped door and mold that this had hadnt b4. Needless to say, Troy, the maintenance guy came and ran the water after pushing the tracking piece back onto the shower door and assured us it was fixed. A hour later another huge puddle of water. I am calling corporate and sending an email with more detail. They didnt move us, we felt uncomfortable with this man in our room and we hadnt been able to shower or get dressed. And the mold that was in the bathroom was disgusting. The television also barely worked.

Camera pulita e comoda ! Per visitare sei un po distante a piedi ma in auto 5:6 minuti dal centro

The location was good and everything was about as I would want.

Cons:

Don't care for paying extra to park. That is unnecessary and should have been included in the price of the room.
Also, I would have preferred a real door on the bathroom. Locking a bathroom door should be expected.

Decent Hotel
Pros:

This is a decent hotel, although some areas need some upgrades from standard wear and tear. Parking is very limited, but they cover the cost of parking in the overflow garage next door. Good location to Charleston attractions, such as the RiverDogs Ballpark.

We were told that we could swim till 10. But then it was 9 and then it was closed. Guess it had rained. But the front desk gal didn't know
