Not bad for a night's stay
Pros:

How cold the hallway was; the breakfast choices were nice; it was close to MUSC

Cons:

The bathroom looked like it needed to be caulked; there were some spots on the ceiling that looked damaged

The facilities and location was great.
Pros:

Facilities were great. Staff was helpful.

Cons:

check in. Only one person to man the desk and answer two phones. The phones took priority over people checking in.

I liked the location it was close to downtown, but not as expensive as staying in downtown. Easy and cheap Uber rides to King Street.

Cons:

Unfortunately, during our stay the property had an issue with No water (for 12 hours)so our floor had no useable toilet or shower, only could use the main floor bathroom which was 7 floors away

Worst experience I ever had at a hotel.

The location was good.

Cons:

Incredible rude and incompetent front desk manager. I stood in line for check in for 1 1/2 hours. 9 people in front of me. Another half hour in line to cancel my reservation. The room she gave me was on first floor instead of top floor as booked and the room was extremely loud from some kind of vent. Turned off the AC but it didn’t help. So, never spent the night. I can’t get over the incompetence of that front desk manager.

The lady in the breakfast room (Lashania i think???) was fantastic....always smiling!! Employee of the month award needed!!

Pros:

la unica persona agradable fue la señora Yolanda de recepción

Cons:

refrigerador no funciono, encontré toallas sucias en el baño, me cobraron el parqueadero y eso no decía en la publicidad. no me devolvieron los $ 50 dólares por daños que según decía la publicidad eran reembolsables.
