Housekeeping not readily available. Only one elevator working. Front desk staff not friendly.

The reception staff were polite, but their communication was not always sufficiently attentive. Although I explained that English is not my first language and asked them to speak more slowly, my request was not taken into consideration. In addition, a parking fee appeared on our bill even though we had informed the staff upon arrival that we had arrived by Uber and did not use the hotel parking.

A szoba penészedett - nyirkos vizes maradt a ruhánk. Ennek oka hogylégkondit kell használni ami nehezen állítható vagy nagyon hideg és párás benn a levegő, vagy nagyon meleget csinálsz, de a fűtés során büdös, porszagot addot ki a szellőző.

Parking limited. Had to park in a parking garage.

We asked twice for more towels and wash rags but never received any on the first ask and only received hand towels & wash cloths on the second ask. The entire first floor smelled like weed

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich, besonders ein dunkelhäutiger Mann hat auffällig leise gesprochen trotz mehrfacher Bitte, lauter zu sprechen.
Das Gebläse der Klimaanlage konnte man nachts nicht abstellen. Es war unerträglich laut.

Reservation made for pet. Arrived at 4:30 and no available room. 45 minutes later only room was for non-pet. 1 hour later a room came available. The lady in front of me was waiting for 2 hrs for a similar room. The front desk person was rude as they come.

We checked in late, when we went to our room we found the TV was not working. Trash can in bathrom was broke, soap dish is shower had broke and they tried to piece it back together with tons of caulk that looked like a 2 year old did it! No one came and cleaned our room the next day, no clean towels were put in our room. Ended up leaving, instead of a 2 night stay we stayed 1 night. Manager and front desk were very rude, it was awful. The hotel needs alot of work, you couldn't go outside and drink your coffee on the patio because it was not cleaned at all, not even the seats! Curtians in our room had holes in them. The A/C unit sounded like truck coming through your room all night, was extreamly loud!

Television had sound but no picture, so I was told I would get a credit for parking fees and destination fee, but I was not sent an invoice after leaving the hotel; only issued one room key and could not get a second key even upon request because of a low supply problem; patio was filthy and not swept, cleaned or straighten

Tub/Shower needed updated, cleaned better. Everything else in the bathroom was great though.

Everything. The card keys, if you could get one, often did not work on your door. Housekeeping every other day. Parking is a problem. Not enough spaces for the hotel

Advertised as property with free parking, but it’s a garage across an alley and no close handicapped places for elderly or wheelchairs.
