Absolutely awesome! We had a family of 10 not from the area. Everyone was very helpful and excellent customer service. We loved the vibe of the hotel and playing vinyl in our rooms! They took care of our vehicles and luggage while we went to the game. Thank you for a wonderful experience with our short time in Boston.
2nd staying at the Verb best iconic hotel in Boston!
Excellent value and lovely service thank you
Spent a few days at The Verb. Highly recommend. Great service, atmosphere and staff. At end of stay needed late check out and was very helpful. Record players in room and good selection to choose from in the lobby. Right around the corner from iconic Fenway making it easy to catch and unplanned game.
Great up grade to the trail me and my wife loved it
Great concept and very friendly and helpful staff.
We stayed at the Verb during our anniversary trip to Boston. We had an amazing time! Exceptional service! Amenities everywhere you could look from cold water, stored in reconditioned amps at every door to nitro brew coffee 24 hours a day, hot and cold.
The hotel was cozy and clean. It’s probably the best shower pressure of any hotel we traveled to! Each room has its own mini refrigerator, which stayed nice and cold. We will be back to Boston and we will stay at the Verb!
Free hot and cold brew coffee and water all day in the lobby was nice. We used the records in our room which was fun for our kiddo that had never seen a record player. This location was great after the game. Every person we met here was really nice and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
Complimentary water, ice coffee, free breakfast, close proximity to Fenway , records and record players.
Limited valet parking
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better—we were able to easily walk to Fenway Park, restaurants, and other attractions, making it the perfect home base for exploring Boston.
Close proximity to Fenway Ballpark.
Limited valet parking
Unfortunately, this wasn’t my favourite hotel experience. At around £1,500 for three nights — plus an additional hidden charge of $40 per night — it felt significantly overpriced for what was offered, bringing the total closer to £1,600. The hotel itself was fairly basic, and while it was clean enough, the shower pressure was poor and overall it didn’t feel particularly luxurious or worth the cost. That said, the location was excellent and very convenient. I suspect the inflated pricing may have been influenced by the Red Sox vs. Yankees game at Fenway during our stay. We booked this in a panic when booking for the World Cup and unfortunately it was non refundable when we found better options.
We stayed a week in this hotel, since it was the World Cup it was more expensive. I liked the spacious rooms, the cleaning was good, but they didn't replace amenities other than when asked. The breakfast was good, but lacked fruit (there were only bananas and apples available fresh). Very nice location if you are considering going to Harvard, Fenway Park, the Art Museum and scene. Would stay again, but if the same price provided would consider other fancier options in Backbay.
