Great hotel!
Pros:

Hotel was great! Julian was an exceptional valet. He was very friendly, remembered us and our vehicle, and was kind and courteous!

Our new favorite spot!
Pros:

Such a wonderful spot. We've stayed in many hotels but, this was by far our favorite so far. The staff, the rooms, the location. Every thing was perfect and so unique. We can't wait to come back!

Pros:

This way by far our favorite hotel stay. The staff were wonderful and friendly. The whole vibe and extra thought put into the rooms and space were unforgettable. We will be back.

Cons:

I think elevators would be a great addition. But, the staff were quick to offer and assistance with bags.

A fun themed hotel experience, at a value price for this location!
Pros:

The themed details of this resort are excellent!
We enjoyed the record player in our room and the ability to get additional records from the lobby. Having extra complimentary bottles of water in the lobby was also a nice touch. The breakfast included in our stay was simple but very nice. I really enjoyed the dark roast coffee served each morning.

Cons:

While the rooms have been nicely refurbished with modern amenities, we had trouble getting our room as cool as we like in the evenings (very cool). The bathroom and shower were also nicely updated, but we found it impossible to keep the bathroom floor dry with the open shower entryway.

Would absolutely stay here again!
Pros:

Loved everything about the property, totally my style. My daughter loved it as well. The beds were SOOOO comfortable.

Cons:

Our room was a little too dusty.

The pool was a little cold but that’s ok it’s an outdoor pool and is refreshing on a hot day!

JD was the BEST
Pros:

The Airstreams are honestly so fun and cute, along with the backstage area, but I will say our favorite part of the whole stay was the people behind the front desk. They were always able and willing to help. There was one that stood out and was our go to person and that was JD. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out he was the absolute MAN!!!!!! He made our stay there during our honeymoon the sweetest with very thoughtful and caring touches, along with great food recs. He always greeted us with smiles and seemed to really care how we were and what we needed. He was an integral part of our stay and we hope to see him again when we go back!

Perfect Stay
Pros:

I’ve traveled a lot, and never encountered such amazing staff. The hotel itself is fantastic, and if you have plans at Fenway Park, the location can’t be beat. Special shout out to Cisco, he’s awesome! Friendly, kind, helpful, professional, just an all-around great guy. You can tell the Verb treats its employees well, and in return the employees stand head and shoulders above most!

BEST FENWAY HOTEL WITH A COOL VIBE AND AWESOME STAFF
Pros:

This is our second stay at The Verb. We highly recommend for proximity to Fenway and the incredible staff from valet to reception to maintenance, breakfast and housekeeping-- Everyone is here to help you and is very friendly and goes out of their way to make your stay feel special. Specifically we would like to mention JD and Jake in reception who make the tough stuff look effortless. And special thanks to Jake for handling our folio so well and supplying our trailer with yummy treats. Special thanks to JD for outstanding service and for The Verb tee and pick keychain/ chotckes. Made my daughter really happy! Mackenzie as front office Manager is perfect for solving issues if they arise. Cisco at valet is effervescent and outgoing and omnipresent. Elizabeth in housekeeping will do whatever she can to make your stay comfortable and the breakfast ladies (Mirian and her associate) helped us daily get what we needed.
We stayed in the trailers and highly recommend these too! That said, there was a strange restroom odor when we checked in and so we switched to another trailer. Unfortunately there were 3 air fresheners in our reassigned trailer, which we found unpleasant. Returning home we had to air clothing out and wash backpacks to eliminate that fragrance smell. Would prefer an "air neutralizer" or just no deodorizer at all next visit, please.
All in all, we love staying at The Verb. Location and vibe are exceptional but it's the entire STAFF that really make the place shine.

Amazing Staff!!

Your staff is amazing!! Cisco, Julien, Piper (and all of the bar staff)… front desk folks, housekeeping, EVERYONE… was so friendly and welcoming! We will be back to see our new friends! Thank you for a great experience!!
