Great!
Pros:

Perfect location to MGM music hall for concert. Valet parking availability. Walkable area for most needs.

Cons:

Bathroom was huge could have used a few extra shelves for items since counter space is tiny.

Apparently the most popular verbs at this hotel are Steal and Dismiss
Pros:

I really wanted to love The Verb Hotel in Boston. Instead, I left with two valuable pieces of property missing from my room and a pretty awful feeling about how the situation was handled.
While my family and I were out for the day, I requested housekeeping. I had deliberately left my AirPods Pro charging in the room. When we returned, the AirPods were gone from the charger. Find My subsequently showed them elsewhere on the hotel property, approximately 300 feet from my room, before they became unreachable.

After realizing they were missing, I checked the rest of my belongings and discovered that my ASUS ROG Ally X—essentially my work computer when I travel—was also gone.
The hotel performed a lock interrogation and confirmed that the only person who entered our room while we were away was the housekeeper who cleaned it.

I want to be extremely clear: I cannot prove who took my belongings, and I am not publicly accusing an individual employee of theft. But those facts warranted a serious investigation, not the dismissive treatment I initially received when I reported what happened. The desk staff literally mocked me for being upset that my belongings were gone. ( i should add that Chris who i met the morning i checked in was extremely helpful, and amazingly pleasant. Credit where credit is due.)

To The Verb’s credit, management later acknowledged that my initial report had been handled badly. Their General Manager told me it wasn’t how he would have wanted a complaint of this significance handled and ultimately replaced my AirPods Pro.

But the ASUS ROG Ally X was never recovered or replaced. There wasn't even discussion of it, and while i get supporting your staff, treating Guests like liars even when you're looking at clear proof of theft of items from their room is just kinda crappy

Replacing one missing item doesn’t make the other disappear. And that unit cost more than my stay at the hotel.
What bothers me almost as much as losing the equipment is how vulnerable I felt having to repeatedly insist that something genuinely serious had happened. I shouldn’t have had to fight to have two missing valuables, location data, and a room-entry record treated seriously.

I travel frequently and deliberately chose a smaller independent-feeling boutique hotel because I expected a different kind of hospitality. I left disappointed, considerably poorer, and knowing that I won’t be comfortable staying at The Verb again. As a business owner myself, I dont write this review lightly.

But i think guests deserve to know what happened so they can make their own decisions.

The pool was a refreshing feature, and the restaurant offered a delightful dining experience. The entire building was filled with friendly and helpful staff, making our stay truly wonderful. Good!
Pros:

Did not eat breakfast..

Cons:

Before people book, you need to be clear that there are no elevators for people going up to the fourth floor – especially looking for elderly people and those with issues of walking.

Friendly, Fun, Fenway!
Pros:

Our first impression was meeting the valet attendants Kia and Cisco who were smiling, friendly and helpful! Cisco went to the front desk for us to see if our room was ready. He let us know they would text us when it was ready. When the room was ready we went to the front desk to meet more smiling friendly, helpful people (I’m sorry I don’t remember their names). The Verb has a very cool/fun rock and roll theme vibe in the lobby and restaurant. Breakfast is served in the restaurant area by two more lovely attendants. Hotel was dark and moody, not high end by any means but absolutely adorable and clean! Your room is equipped with a turntable and records! We also enjoyed the pool area! This property abuts Fenway! Fantastic location. Definitely recommended!

Went for Fenway, became a fan of The Verb!
Pros:

Really didn’t know what to expect. I was just trying to find a hotel next to Fenway. Let’s just say they knocked it out of the park! The funky retro record player set up with a nostalgic rock ‘n’ roll theme was great. Can’t wait to book another stay and look really look forward to getting into that pool!
