We enjoyed our one night stay to see a Red Sox game. The location was perfect, breakfast was good!
Pros:

I loved having a turntable in the room and access to records I haven't listened to in years! We came to see a Red Sox game and the location was PERFECT, right behind the green monster.

Parking was a bit expensive

I found Verb to be surprisingly endearing (given that I am neither a fan of rock or of baseball).
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally helpful. I couldn't have been more OUT of my own element since I am a fan of classical music and jazz -- no interest in rock except in my teenage years which were long ago. Also, I am NOT a baseball fan. So why was I here? Mistaken impression of how close it was to the Common/Beacon Hill area plus a friend who said it had a literary theme (Verb?!) But staff were all lovely, found some Streisand and Simon & Garfunkel and even Dolly Parton (may she rest in peace!) in the record bins, and found the MOFA is close by, so I was perfectly happy. And I've never seen a place so true to its theme in every way! Even the extra roll of toilet paper is labeled "Rock and (Spare) Roll"!

Cons:

Breakfast staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Could have used a wider selection of fresh fruit and cereal.

Cool place near Fenway!
Pros:

It was the perfect location. We stayed for a Red Sox Game!! The facility itself was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and efficient. A very interesting place to stay!! Lots of cool Music memorabilia. An attached bar/restaurant was a nice plus. Would definitely stay again!!

On a whim, we booked this hotel. Best decision made!
Pros:

I cannot say enough how awesome and clean this hotel was. Staff was amazing. Location was perfect for baseball game
