Bad
Pros:

5 points just for the concierge who was so kind

Cons:

Who’s idea was the shampoo and soap bottles? Very cheap! A squeezing bottle? Seriously?
It’s like I was begging for drops of shampoo.
Shame!
And the water runs so lightly… it was a nightmare.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Schlechter servuec.
Pros:

Gute Lage. Empfehlung vom Rezeptionisten.

Cons:

sehr schlechter Service. Wir konnten nicht schlafen, weil das Zimmer so hellhörig war und nebenan war jemand am schnarchen. Wir haben alles gehört. Wir haben auch keinerlei Entgegenkommen vom Hotel erhalten für diese schreckliche Nacht.

Pros:

The location was great. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and appropriately stocked with clean towels. Beds were difficult to sit on the edge. The room was too hot, and it was difficult to regulate the temperature.
