Excellent stay in a great location.
Pros:

We received an upgrade to a king room - it was lovely. Very comfortable bed, very spacious, nice bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I did think that the parking was included, so was surprised to have to pay $34 for the night.

Hotel would deserve a better rating in my opinion
Pros:

Underrated hotel in my opinion
Location is perfect, walking distance to Parliament
Rooms are very clean
Parking has to be outside for very large vehicles but at least there is one
Staff if helpful and kind
Price is reasonable vs competition
Small attentions like water fountain are a plus

Cons:

Fine overall for me but I do get pissed off when the coffee machine is clearly a problem.
Pros:

Location excellent. Staff lovely.

Cons:

Coffee machine , Nespresso was faulty. Replaced. Still faulty. Telephone was ancient n dysfunctional.
