Clean hotel in the center
Pros:

The location is excellent. It's very close to Parliament Hil and the center of the city. The room is clean and comfortable. They even provided robes but there's no even a bottle of water in the room . Our room didn't face a street so it was quiet.

La localisation était magnifique la chambre, elle était confortable

Cons:

Le réceptionniste était pas accueillant En plus de ça, il parle pas français c’était tellement étonnant parce que tout ce qui service client, il doit être bilingue, surtout s’il s’agit de la capitale Ottawa, j’ai beaucoup galéré avec mon conjoint pour lui faire expliquer ce qu’on voulait c’était vraiment une expérience désagréable.

Pros:

Comfortable bed, close to transit and downtown, good price.

Cons:

Had a very confusing interaction when the hotel reached out to ask for a credit card prior to check in. I believe that's against Booking's policy and can be indicative of a scam. The person who was responding to my messages (Guest Services) also said I would need to present a credit card with a pin number, which I wasn't aware I needed. Telling someone that 2 days before check in is not sufficient. I was very concerned I would arrive and not be able to check in for that reason, but it turned out they were able to run my card before check in. Everyone I interacted with after arrival was great but it was confusing and gave me some anxiety during my vacation in another city prior to arriving at this hotel.

Für unseren Stadtrip und Kurzaufenthalt war es ein schönes Zimmer und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war top. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten zum Glück auch unseren etwas grösseren SUV direkt hinter dem Hotel parken. Echt top.

Die Badezimmer sind schon etwas älter.

Extrem bequemes Bett, top Sauberkeit, echt großes Zimmer

Cons:

Klimaanlage war laut und die Zimmertür war nicht wirklich abgedichtet, sodass die ganzen lauten Geräusche des Flurs zu hören waren
