Parking was bad on a Saturday night, but after that it was great
Always came here when coming to Niagara. Great hotel, comfortable, not overwhelming. Enough parking and near many attractions
Staff was not helpful. Manager was rude by telling us he would sell our rooms quickly if we don't make up our mind. I expect same level of service if your sold out or not. Just because it was a busy weekend it shouldn't mean the staff should lower their standards
Our first interaction with the front staff was great , they made us feel comfortable from the start and it continued throughout our stay.
We originally booked a 2 night stay but decided to book an additional night , possibly a discount on the 3rd night would have been nice , it was mid week and not busy , also having zero complimentary breakfast options other than the instant coffee would be nice , even a couple of creamers or milk in the fridge would be a nice touch .
I love the Hojo. The location is prime, the price is affordable. The rooms are clean and a good size. The staff is super helpful.
The beds could be a bit more comfortable.
The bar soap can not foam. It was a type of soap which can't make one feel washed.
