agreable séjour malgré ce désagrément

confort de la chambre, emplacement super, personnel courtois, tranquilité, piscine par contre propre et l'entrée impeccable
pourtant ca faisait plusieurs fois que nous y allions et n'avions pas eu ce probleme, apparemment changé administration

Cons:

arrivé lundi soir, chambre pas été faite pendant 3 jours consécutif, avons été obligé d'aller au desk serviette, vidange, lit
et remplacement café et autres finalement parce que mon mari a parlé un peu fort, le gérant est venu changé notre
lit le jeudi soir on repartait le vendredi. avions rencontré femme de chambre le mardi mais ne semblait pas comprendre
ni le francais et tres peu anglais. manqué de stationnement malgré les frais de $20,00 par jour payé

Pros:

Bien situé pour les cascades.

Cons:

La piscine n'est pas surveillée et il y a des enfants qui sautent partout, ne respectent rien.
L'odeur dans la chambre était désagréable. Le réceptionniste m'a dit qu'il aurait fallu prévenir pour qu'on nous change de chambre...ainsi les suivants sont au courant.

It was ok
Pros:

Keys were left at the hotel, and the staff was nice enough to return them to us

Cons:

The staff wasn't very friendly.Upon checking, my doctor was eighteen and was staying here for her eighteenth birthday.We let the staff know that when we booked the hotel and they were given a hard time when they checked in.
