Another great stay
Pros:

I had another great experience at Ravinia!! Front desk service from Thalia who ensure that both of my rooms would be ready and very close to each other when my family arrived. When we were ready to check out, Sharief the bellman. was incredibly helpful, polite and instrumental in ensuring that everything we brought we left with safely and securely.

This is one of our favorite places to stay. Cannot beat the location.

Atlanta Braves trip
Pros:

We arrived on Friday, July 17 and were met by JV and the fellas at the valet parking. We knew we had the right place to stay by their friendly greetings and wonderful smiles. They provided information for parking and checking in. We parked ourselves at first arrival, however, afterwards we utilized the valet parking the rest of the weekend. No matter the time of day, coming or going the valet staff was always smiling, friendly, answered our questions and offered suggestions on going out. On check-in, Dente, and i hoped I spelled that correctly, welcomed us with open arms and more smiles. I hope you see were this is going, because the entire staff, no matter the time of day, always greeted us witrh smiles and a hello. Valet, desk, restaurant(our waitress Milan) cleaning crews and even the nightly security guard were always polite and friendly. The hotel itself was a wonderful environment. The very clean and open lobby had ample sitting in front for socializing, and adjacent to the reception desk were tables and sections for meetings. On saturday we had breakfast downstairs at the restaurtant, again great service, and the food was very good, we ordered from the menu and one of us had the buffet. Our rooms, 1244 and 1246, were immaculately cleaned! The beds were made so well, i think I could have bounced a quarter off of it, lol, like my old military days. The beds were very comfortable and sleeping was not a problem. One thing we noticed once in the room, was how quiet it was outside our rooms. It was wonderfull not having to hear people trample up and down the hallways, although i think at times our group might have been a bit loud when treversing the hallways. Sorry, if we were. The hotel was hosting the Mystic South weekend show and from our viewpoint, the attendees were enjoying themselves and the hotel environment as well. We are hoping to make it an annual trip to see the Braves and we will definitely choose the Crowne Plaza again. Thank you very much.

Pros:

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Its a very nice hotel.

Cons:

We had dinner there, we had driven 9 hrs, so disnt wanna drive more. It wasnt super busy, but took over an hour to get our food. Not a good experience.
