Great art deco design, great staff, old hotel, too pricey.
Pros:

Great customer service and support. The hotel is old but has amazing art deco designs. This was the reason I chose this hotel.

Cons:

It’s old. It needs a refresh. I stayed on the 29th floor (top) and there is a problem with the ceiling and something dripped on me as I was finding my room. Also, the faucet in my room was leaky.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilton Netherland plaza.
Pros:

The location was perfect for our activities. The breakfast was good. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help. You thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Cons:

We were granted up room with a view of the Ohio River but the windows were somewhat smudged and dirty.

Nostalgic visit for my husband who stayed here years ago and a wonderful visit to attend two Reds games - very easy walk
Pros:

Location and historical qualities were superb

Cons:

Not the hotel’s fault, but we wish the shops and “mall” were still located on this property

Beautiful and unique hotel, located in an amazing part of Cincy!
Pros:

It was beautiful and the room was extremely unique and very spacious.

Cons:

Kind of confusing layout downstairs, but once you get the hang of it, you are good. The staff tried to charge me another $400+ for the room and I had to stop her because I KNEW I had paid. She was apologetic, but thank goodness I caught that otherwise I am sure the refund process would’ve taken days.

I expected better from a Hilton hotel.
Pros:

Close to ball park

Cons:

Room not clean after not being able to check in 45 minutes past check in because it was still being cleaned. The check in process being messed up and having to go through the whole ordeal again after we had already been in our room.

Generally clean appearance. Walkable to our venue.

Tub drain SLOWWWW, had to shower in standing water
The sheets were clean but the duvet needs replaced.

Pros:

The staff was great and helpful

Cons:

The room was an absolute disaster. Holes in the sheets, dirty, broken lamp shades, exposed wiring, the shower didn't work, the sink drain was very slow, no microwave, you could see the peeling paint behind the wallpaper, musty smelling. Hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was so bad that we checked out shortly after arriving and received a full refund. I honestly have no idea how this place is a 4 star hotel. The manager was very nice though.

Beautiful place, but expensive for what it is.
Pros:

Stunning hotel. Love that the hotel is being kept in its original state. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. Loved the music at the bar! Great ambience.

Cons:

Service was slow at the bar and didn't enjoy the drinks that much either. The bed was fine, but I think my husband may have been allergic to the pillows. Room was pretty small for what we paid, I think. The outdoor awning could definitely use some work as could the overall "aroma" of the place when we first walk in. It smelled kind of musty and didn't start off with a great impression.

Great location! and it used to be a very nice hotel...

Cons:

Room was good. Definitely not an accommodation for a lifetime member. Not even a try. Bar is horrible with the "new" stuff...if you want anything more than a glass of wine, bourbon or a soda - go else. And they do not take the wrong item off your bill. No pool, no launch...

Rooms nice but check-in staff not friendly
Pros:

I choose this location thinking we would walk to Ballgame but we ended up driving. The area is active. The room was excellent, beds were comfortable and clean. We were on 20th floor and view of the city and river was great!

Cons:

We were very frustrated with check-in process. My reservation check-in time was 4pm-5pm that I choose 2 weeks prior. We arrived 445pm and room was not ready. We sat in lobby for 75 minutes before room was ready. The staff offered nothing extra to help accommodate us and barely received an apology.

Some pros and cons.
Pros:

Convenient walk to Great American Ballpark for a Reds game. Rooms were spacious and clean. Parking in the Mabley garage was easy.

Cons:

Our room AC unit would not get any cooler than 70 degrees, so it was hot and difficult to sleep. Breakfast at their restaurant was included with our stay and when we went for breakfast, the staff was a little less than friendly and seemed very overwhelmed or understaffed despite a mildly busy appearing restaurant. We were urged to utilize the buffet instead of made to order menu. No coffee refills and our waitress disappeared for so long we just left our voucher on the table and left so we wouldn’t miss check out.
