Hôtel vieillissant.
The walls and ceiling had paint coming off and chips of paint hanging. The mattress was really bad. The room did smell old and stale. Walls were chipped and overall not worth over 300 a night. Really needs to remodel and heating air conditioning unit was broken and about to come off the wall. I think if Hilton really knew the condition of your hotel they would demand a remodel or lose the franchise.

La ubicación esta excelente, muy cerca del estadio de Bengals y de restaurantes.
No tiene estacionamiento propio y el que el hotel recomienda estaba lleno y es muy caro, aunque afortunadamente hay un estacionamiento publico casi frente al hotel muy económico.
El 80% de las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y desafortunadamente me toco una de estas. El hotel es viejo y se nota que no dan mucho mantenimiento al mismo. Con relación a precio calidad me parece caro, considerando sus instalaciones y lo que ofrece.
Si fuera el dueño de la cadena de hoteles, no me gustaría que vincularan mi nombre con este hotel, o le invertiría más al mantenimiento y aspecto para justificar la tarifa.
staff was nice and room was nice
No AC and we weren't told before we arrived. They had this problem for a week or two. We also didn't have any hot water except in one lavatory. Plumber was supposed to come but didn't. We know it's an old, historical hotel but unacceptable. We've asked for some refund and Booking.com is working with hotel to help secure this.
We're are room was at it was a loud banging for both nights didn't sleep well because of that got assistance they couldn't figure it out even maintenance came still the same thing. So really no sleep.
The banging of the wall in hallway
The vintage historic vibe from the 1930’s was a unique touch. The location was really nice. Walking distance to nice restaurants. The room side was great! High ceilings and plenty of space! We really liked the staff. They were really friendly and y. Helpful. Only one was a little cold and not forthcoming with important information about the fees , even after we asked. The live music in the restaurant was a nice touch.
The hidden fees(even after calling ahead to be sure we knew what to expect)
The expensive daily parking fee to use the garage of the hotel we paid to stay at. We found out about that when we were about to leave for dinner.
The not so good bedding. No proper fitting sheets. Comforter so warn out & thin. We thought it was an extra sheet. It was no longer white but grey.
The room was constantly humid. At night the sheets stayed damped and cold.
None of the two phones in our room worked.
We had to go all the way downstairs to asked questions that should have been a phone call way.
When someone came to fix the phones. They couldn’t because the lines were broke.(I’m sure they already knew this)
We asked for proper sheets and blanks only to get more flats sheets and even thinner rough feeling blanket for only one of our beds.
The guy who brought it up asked for a tip. We tipped him anyway. The breakfast was cold and expensive. After a $20 dollar tip we spent $73.00 on bacon and eggs! That was cold. We did not go back.
That staff was really nice though. Only one lady seemed cold. Everyone else was nice and friendly.

Staff were good, room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable. And, the Art Deco design in the building was an extra.
Parking. 35 dollars and you had to sign up to a website in order to pay. So, I found a multi storey around the corner for 21.
