Room 'very' dated and a bit shabby now

No hot water on floor 23 for the two days we were there
Staff were good, room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable. And, the Art Deco design in the building was an extra.
Parking. 35 dollars and you had to sign up to a website in order to pay. So, I found a multi storey around the corner for 21.

The location was great for the main conference center
Had to take cold showers multiple days in a row, which is super stressful late at night, no hot water unless running the shower for about 20 minutes first. It seemed to be a very old system. It also sucks it was super high price for the room, and had to pay extra for parking.
The hotel is beautiful and our room was perfect for our one night stay. The location was within walking distance of everything we needed for our night at the Great American Ball Park.
Room 928 - our bathroom sink did not drain very fast. Time to fish out the hair clogs.
Room was clean, bed ears very comfortable. The property is a little dated.

Six elevators but only two working. It’s the second time in a year that we’ve run into this. It’s ridiculous for a building with 28 floors. Unacceptable.

It’s old and it shows. Rooms could use some updating.
The front desk and housekeeping were so nice to bring us a rollaway bed it worked out excellent
Absurd experience. 5 out of 6 elevators were broken for 2 consecutive days. So elevator wait time at 5pm was more than 20 minutes! Today the in-room AC was out of order and the hot water was out too. How the heck is this a 4-star hotel??
The place is crumbling and the carpet in the room is filthy. The room is incredibily hot and humid. Definitely not recommend this place to anyone including my worst enemies.

No hot water in shower both days we stayed. It was very disappointing.
