Mildly better than other lower tier midtown hotels
Cons:

There was a vacuum cleaner on at 11:30pm? Not sure how the hell that happened.

The lobby restaurant staff wasn’t exactly rude but didn’t provide great service. I wanted to buy a drink at the bar and sit down at a table but they made me do this song and dance of paying from the table instead. And they turned up the lights way before closing, clearly trying to shoo people out earlier than they should have.

Bin gründsätzlich zufrieden mit dem Hotel und kann es weiter empfehlen (ausser das Frühstück)
Pros:

Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, U-Bahn grad um die Ecke, Central Park und Times Square in kurzer Zeit zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Bett sehr bequem, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Was ich nicht gut finde, ist das Frühstück. Man holt es am "Kiosk" im Hotel und bekommt ein Brötchen, eine Frucht und einen Kaffee, und dann kann man schauen, wo man sich hinsetzt. Es hat zwar eine Bar im Hotel bzw. einige kleine Tische, aber für mich ist dies nicht gemütlich frühstücken im Urlaub.

Helt greit opphold. Beliggenhet topp. Fikk bytta/oppgradert rom da det vi fikk ikke var ok!
Pros:

Hyggelig og god service ved innsjekking og hyggelige de som jobbet i lobbyen.

Cons:

Siste dagene - 2 nye dameri butikken hvor vi fikk frokost. Utrolig serviceinnstilte, sure og passet ikke til jobben!!

Ótimo hotel, quase tudo perfeito, com alguns pequenos pontos de atenção

Bom hotel, bem bonito e em excelente localização.

Cons:

Há poucos elevadores e constantemente algum dá problema (demoram para resolver), causando longas filas e tempo de espera. Além disto, as recepcionistas poderiam ser mais simpáticas.

Great location, great price, will consider staying here again
Pros:

Centrally located, easy to get to. Staff was great, let us check our bags as we arrived a few hours before the check in time. All hotel staff was super friendly & professional.

Cons:

The water pressure for the shower, but honestly I'm not a fan of the 'rain fall' style shower heads, so this is more of a reflection of my personal option versus an actual fault of the property.

Large spacious room, good noise insulation. Great location. Very clean.

Rather impersonal. Didn’t feel welcomed at reception. Somewhat lifeless, lacking atmosphere.

Pros:

The hotel is in a very good location. It is a bit old but overall clean and has the essentials.

Cons:

We had a problem with the air-conditioned it has blowing cold air and the temp has low so we needed warm. Called the receptionist and they offered to send someone that did not come and we agreed that would do it the next day, still did not happen. Overall ok experience
