Ich nehme nächstes Mal für Konzertbesuche ein anderes Hotel.

Die zentrale Lage für die Kasernen-Arena (Tattoo-Veranstaltung)

Cons:

Ich hatte noch nie in einem so alt modisch eingerichteten und veralteten Hotel übernachtet. Ich bin erstaunt, dass es sowas in der Schweiz noch gibt. Dazu noch die fehlende Professionalität der Servicemitarbeitenden in der Bar/Terrasse. Rundherum hörte ich auch von anderen Gäste, dass der Service schlecht sei, und dies erst seit einem angeblichen Wechsel in der Geschäfts- oder Abteilungsleitung. Dies habe ich von vier Tischen nebenan gehört. Mit einer ganz wenigen Ausnahme vom MA stammend aus Algerien.

Ein Aufenthalt im Les Trois Rois ist weit mehr als eine Übernachtung in einem Grand Hotel – er ist eine Einladung in eine Welt, in der gelebte Gastfreundschaft zur Kunstform geworden ist.

Ja, Lage, Ambiente und Ausstattung sind außergewöhnlich. Was dieses Haus jedoch wirklich unvergesslich macht, sind die Menschen. Vom herzlichen Empfang an der Tür über Rezeption und Concierge bis hin zu den Teams in den Restaurants begegnet einem ausnahmslos jede und jeder mit einer Wärme, Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität, die heute selbst in den besten Häusern selten geworden ist. Hier werden Wünsche nicht nur erfüllt – sie scheinen zu entstehen, bevor man sie selbst formuliert.

Dabei fühlt man sich nie wie ein Gast auf Zeit, sondern wie ein selbstverständlicher Teil dieses geschichtsträchtigen Hauses. Mit großer Leichtigkeit wird Geschichte erlebbar, Kulinarik zum Erlebnis und Luxus zu etwas, das nicht auf Distanz geht, sondern Nähe schafft. Man wird nicht belehrt, sondern mitgenommen – und geht mit schönen Erinnerungen, neuen Eindrücken und dem Gefühl, wirklich willkommen gewesen zu sein.

Ein schönes Hotel.
Pros:

Die "Brasserie" im Hotel war ein Genuss in Vollendung. Auch das gesamte Personal der Brasserie war top geschult. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt !

Cons:

Habe eine Rezension diesbezüglich an das Management des Hotels veröffentlicht auf deren Homepage in der Hoffnung, dass diese negativen Erlebnisse i.Z. eliminiert werden. Eine Auflistung hier und jetzt würde den normalen Rahmen sprengen. (Natürlich sind alle Punkte notiert u. werde/würde diese mit dem Hotel im Nachgang kurz erläutern/besprechen.
