Great value for money
Pros:

The rooms were clean and spacious - breakfast offered everything basic that you could need and want.

Cons:

Some of the corridors had a very yucky smell, I guess due to humidity - and our aircon was outdated, it was a very loud, older model and it was either getting hot or freezing, it rarely held the temperature.

Good stay, welcome experience
Pros:

The room was clean, I like the towel origami art thingy was cool with even on the toilet paper. It was nice and quiet with a great view of the river walk. All of the employees were sweet and helpful. Lizz the woman who valeted our car back to the hotel had impeccable timing, and was very helpful, and made sure we had a good stay. The location was quiet and very easy to get to where we needed to go. The room gave a nice home away from home feeling, and the layout was easy to navigate.

Personal desinteresado - ojo, hotel sin estacionamiento

La ubicación es buena, sin embargo al no tener estacionamiento propio tuve que utilizar el valet parking un par de veces y otro par yo buscar estacionamiento público. Esto genero una inversión extra en mi Hospedaje de $50usd diarios que no tenía contemplado.

Cons:

Tuve un inconveniente de trabajo, y solicité una modificación en mi reserva para salir antes. El personal solo me trajo de una persona con otra, sin resolver, el servicio de booking fue amable para ayudarme, sin embargo en el hotel, solo mentian cok tener respuesta y se trataban de deslindar de responder. Tarde 48hrs en poder Obtener respuesta del hotel, misma que fue una negativa a mi petición, dándome cuenta que esa respuesta la tenían a la hora de yo solicitar el cambio. - Honestamente sentí cero empatia, interes y humanidad en su servicio.

Añadido a esto, honestamente el desayuno es de baja calidad. Y la falta de estacionamiento hizo que diariamente tuviera que pagar 50usd por estacionamiento. Sumando a mi estadía $250usd.

Great, stay with easy access to a lot of places. But overpriced.
Pros:

The facility was very nice.The rooms were very big and comfortable.

Cons:

The price was very high for 1 night, which didn't even include twenty four hours, came up to about twenty one dollars an hour. There should be a discount for Bexar county residents since we live in San Antonio, We just came downtown to enjoy the riverwalk.
