Great, stay with easy access to a lot of places. But overpriced.
Pros:

The facility was very nice.The rooms were very big and comfortable.

Cons:

The price was very high for 1 night, which didn't even include twenty four hours, came up to about twenty one dollars an hour. There should be a discount for Bexar county residents since we live in San Antonio, We just came downtown to enjoy the riverwalk.

We loved it!
Pros:

We loved that it was literally on the river walk! Breakfast was good and the hotel was beautiful. Staff was very friendly!

Pros:

Visited SA for the first time for a graduation. After reviewing several hotels we decided to stay here.
The beds could use updates but the overall stay was great! Staff were all amazing and accommodating.
The valet staff were amazing. They hustled when business got busy and the rain came down. Three of the staff made a huge impact with their great attitudes and personable conversation. Pierre and Raymond, thank you for your hard work. (I did not get the young ladies name but she was hustling with a great attitude as well!)

Great weekend getaway
Pros:

Great location right on the river walk. Room was great for family and the breakfast hit the spot to give everyone great energy for the adventures of the day!! The Texas shaped make it yourself waffles are always a hit with the kiddos! Breakfast area overlooks the river walk including some historic buildings. Be prepared to make up answers for all the questions your kids will ask about the old buildings 😂

Balcony room was amazing! We were able to enjoy the riverwalk right from our balcony. Not to mention, during our 5 day stay, we got a great view of the wildlife that surrounded us. Great stay!

Average. Not friendly.
Pros:

Room was clean. Typical hotel room. Ac worked great.
On check in I arrived early. Receptionist said give them 15-20 mins. 30 min later I returned to check in. She then said check in isn’t until “x” time. She did hold my suitcase so I could go get a bite to eat. On my third return to the check in desk she acted like she didn’t recognize me at all.
And that was the theme of the entire 4 day stay, no one recognized me. No one greeted me when I’d come in or out.
That said, the breakfast was always stocked. Typical hotel fare. And the coffee was good.
Maybe the AC and the coffee were the hi lights of this hotel stay.

Anthony the Valet took great care of us and our car. He had a lot of info Both for the Hotel and the area.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

My stay was pleasant. Customer service was excellent. I was very pleased with the service received from a young man named Joel M. at the valet parking. He was very polite, attentive and respectful. He spoke English and Spanish very well. He really made my family and I feel welcome.
