Over all the stay was wonderful as usual at other Hampton Inns.
Pros:

Very nice, easy to get in and out, staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast was basically the same thing both days… we have stayed at other Hampton hotels and the breakfast was wonderful! Eggs, bacon and biscuits and gravy. Not at the one in Branson

Slept well in my clean, comfortable, air conditioned room
Pros:

Recently remodeled rooms were clean and comfortable.
Staff from checking in to room service were all super friendly.
The included free breakfast was good. I really liked the waffles and the coffee bar was very good.
I would look to stay here again if I'm back in Branson.

Cons:

Family picked this location, so I didn't compare room rates, not sure if the price was excellent or not.

Remodeled and recommend
Pros:

Being a Hilton Honors member since 2003, I’ve stayed in many Hilton properties. As our family has also stayed here many times. We actually stopped staying here around 5 years ago because the Hotel had aged and needed remodeling. Well, this property has now been remodeled and it’s very nice. I would recommend this hotel if you are coming to Branson. The beds are comfortable and the staff are always very nice. In fact, it’s a lot of the same staff that’s been here for years.

Convenient, clean, and dependable Hampton Inn quality.
Pros:

Jan, the staff lady at the front desk, was very cordial and helpful by answering all of our questions and making excellent suggestions.

Cons:

There was only limited seating for breakfast. More tables and chairs would be nice.

The cost to stay seemed a little overpriced considering the conditions of the hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was good.
Nice variety of foods.
Dinning area was kept clean.
Staff was there to help.
Staff were very cordial.

Cons:

Even though the hotel is being renovated, there was no ice machine on our floor and no vending machines.
The hall carpet on our floor really needed to be cleaned or replaced.
Lighting in the room was very dim.
Very warm in the hallway.

Stay If You're Wealthy!
Pros:

I loved how friendly everyone was. The room was nice!

Cons:

Being woke up at 6 am by construction workers, and the fact, that I never received my deposit of $50 back this morning, kinda was a bummer.Also, what I was quoted online it's not what I actually paid. In total, I paid $280 for a one night stay. So, the fact of being woke up way too early and over charged, was the only reason I didn't book it for another night.

Pros:

Hotel under renovation- breakfast was very good for being on the go breakfast

We were not notified by the booking agency that the property was under renovation. Noisy during the day.

Huge disappointment
Pros:

Didn’t have breakfast/ it was in the laundry room
And you had to take it back to your room.
Extremely inconvenient

Cons:

I’m not sure whose fault it is.
But the hotel was under a serious renovation.
It was not
Listed as such on internet.
I paid through your company - 182.
It ended up costing me 234.
With the condition of the hotel/ should’ve been cheaper instead of higher
Will not stay there again/ or use your company again.
