Excellent hotel
Pros:

I have been very many times in this hotel. The staff, the service, the breakfast, the restaurant, the minibar and so on: everything are excellent.

A welcoming home in the center of Zermatt
Pros:

The staff, the food, the atmosphere and the decoration, the attitude.

Cons:

The beds are not as comfortable like the Marriott or Rixos, or even Kempinski.
The pillows are terrible 😫
