Perfect Vacation
Pros:

Our stay at Lausanne Palace was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Every detail was thoughtful, and the warmth of the entire team made us feel truly at home.

Our room was beautiful, with beautiful views and a lovely terrace that quickly became our favorite spot to unwind and take in the beauty of Lausanne.

Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. The quality and variety were outstanding, but what made it truly special was the incredible team. Every morning, we were greeted with genuine smiles, kindness, and great service. A thank you to Lea, Rose, Jocelyn, Luis, Lucia, and Alexandra. Your care, attention, and warmth made each day brighter and our stay even more memorable.
Thank you to everyone at Lausanne Palace for making our stay so incredibly special.

Cons:

My stay was excellent, and Itruly appreciated the hotel's high standards of service and hospitality. The only area that could be improved was the availability of appointments at the spa and hair salon. Unfortunately, both were fully booked during my stay, making it impossible to use these facilities. It may be worth considering additional staff or expanded appointment availability during peak occupancy periods to better accommodate guests. Aside from this minor issue, everything was outstanding.

The Lausanne Palace
Pros:

The Palace hotel is remarkably familiar even having never been. It's like a film set from the shining and offers a huge array of wonderful features. The staff were happy, helpful and equally interested in you and they couldn't have been more helpful. Their uniform was spotless and their attention to detail faultless. The very good rating seems unfair to a point but I thought Lausanne had two faces. The lake and surrounding area was amazing, the views were truly wonderful. The town however had drunks, lots of litter and a few feral teenagers causing trouble which really let the place down. I wouldn't be going back in a hurry.

Fabulous hotel, clean, well serviced and friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

A slight shortcoming was that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly and we stayed in the summer.

Enjoyable !
Pros:

The staff are very professional and very friendly, especially breakfast staff who are really excellent

Cons:

Construction noise during the week, there is a big construction project very close to the hotel. Not the hotel’s fault of course. I think the project finishes soon, and peace will be restored!

Excellent destination
Pros:

We relaxed and enjoyed extremely our stay in Lausanne palace . The spa was great , the view magnificent and the service beyond expectations . Totally worth it !
