It exceeded my expectations
Pros:

The staff was very professional and kind, the amenities were excellent, and the location superb for exploring the Lausanne old town.

Cons:

I didn't like that I had to leave early to catch my train.

Magique !
Pros:

Nous avons eu un surclassement suite à un problème dans la 1ère chambre et nous étions dans une magnifique suite contemporaine beau parquet avec sa vue sur le lac, très jolie salle de bain, balcon. Les petits dejeuners sont exceptionnels beaucoup de choix et délicieux ! La piscine et le SPA sont très beaux, le personnel est aux petits soins pour rendre votre séjour des plus agréable. Pour tout cela MERCI au LP

I love the beauty of the property, the friendliness of all the staff in the hotel, and all of them that I’ve interacted with during my stay it was very enjoyable for myself and my partner to stay one night at the hotel and enjoy some of the facility and outlet that they have on site

Cons:

I don’t have much that I didn’t like about the property or anything at all and I think it was beautiful in regards to the comfort and the state so it was really amazing.

Pros:

Staff at every level were professional, competent, friendly. Room was clean, well stocked, satisfying. Highly recommended! Location excellent. Facilities are historical and nicely renovated, luxurious. Worth it.
