This is the ONLY hotel we stay at in Milan and it should be your only hotel too! Two years ago a friend of ours told us to stay here and it has never disappointed. The location is perfect, walking distance from the train station and tons of great restaurants. The staff is extremely accommodating. We travel with our teenage daughter and her wheelchair and they treat her like a princess. They are also so great at always having a roll away bed for us - even reaching out in advance of us contacting them, based on previous bookings to check in with us first to see if it's needed. The last time we stayed, it was just for one night so we could have a great night sleep before our long flight home. One of the managers upgraded us b/c our room wasn't ready on time. I didn't ask, they just did it and said, "we want you to have a restful stay for your only night with us." I mean, just WOW. On that last stay, we had to leave early for the airport and they allowed us to take food from the breakfast that was included with our stay. Manuel ensure we had two piping hot cappuccinos, he also offered to have fresh fried eggs made for us, even before they were open. He provided to go boxes and really helped us to have a great morning and sent us off caffeinated and on a full belly. We will always come back to the Excelsior...and we can't wait to do so.
I love this hotel a bit far from the crowded streets what made it special and they have a shuttle service amazing
Nothing to be honest I loved everything
Chambre bien équipé et propre, Salle de bain très bien avec Hamman dans la douche. Personnels très bien.
Le déception viens du petit déjeuner, pour un 5 étoiles il manque cruellement le show cooking pour tout ce qui est a base d'oeufs. Les oeufs proposé ne sont pas correcte, a moité séché. La personne en charge du réapprovisionnement du buffet est perfectible et ne vois pas le travaille, le personnel souffle quand les clients leur réclame quelques chose qui est épuisé sur le buffet, sur 20 mins, il n'y pas eu un moment ou des verres était disponible en suffisance et tous le monde interpellait les serveurs pour en avoir...cette partie est a revoir et fait tache pour avoir sa 5 étoiles...c'est 3+ ou 4 maxi.

il personale non mi ha assistito come avrei voluto quando hanno avuto un imprevisto tecnico che mi ha lasciata senza chiave della stanza per le prime 3 ore del mio soggiorno (causandomi 30 min di attesa al mio rientro in stanza)

What can I say! I have travel the would, I have stay at the best of the best. I live in Palm Beach Florida. I have never seing the type of class, warm welcoming, friendly professional and very respectful employees. I felt I was a queen. Every employee that I have came across with have greater me with so much respect and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this amazing hotel and definitely came back. Thank you all for being amazing
