Very comfortable hotel in a great location on the lakeside
Pros:

Had dinner on both nights in the grill restaurant. Food was excellent

Cons:

Spa was being rennovated so had to use the sister hotel 200 metres away. Not really a problem

Anfang und Schluss chaotisch
Pros:

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer mit gut ausgestatteter Minibar inkl. Kaffeemaschine etc.

Cons:

Unsere Freunde (wir haben 2 Zimmer gebucht) haben die Schlüsselkarte eines belegten Zimmers bekommen! Kein angenehmes Erlebnis... Zudem wurde eine Zusatzleistung (Feuerwerksfahrt am Hafengeburtstag) auf jedem Zimmer für 4 Personen verrechnet. Administratives Chaos.
