Top Aufenthalt an der Alster
Pros:

Lobbybereich, Ausstattung, künstlerische Bilder.
Täglich Wasser auf dem Zimmer.
Sehr gutes variantenreiches Frühstück.
Hervorragende Kosmetikartikel im Badezimmer.

Grand hotel with large bright rooms.
Pros:

Lovely grand hotel and so close to the Alister lake. Beautiful breakfast room with a great choice of hot and cold dishes. Public areas very comfortable.

Pros:

Το προσωπικό του πρωίνου πολύ ευγενικό. Δεν γνωρίζουν καθόλου αγγλικά και η συνεννόηση είναι λίγο δύσκολη.

Cons:

Το πρωινό ήταν περιορισμένο. Μένουμε στο ίδιο ξενοδοχείο κάθε δύο χρόνια που επισκεπτόμαστε την έκθεση, παρόλαυτα δεν μας αναγνωρίζουν καθώς επίσης δεν μας έδωσαν τον ίδιο δωμάτιο με θέα τη λίμνη. Καμία φιλοξενία για κάποιον που επισκέπτεται τόσο συχνά το ξενοδοχείο. Δεν υπάρχει γυμναστήριο

Die ganze Atmosphäre, das man als Gast herzlich willkommen ist.
Das Zimmer und der gesamte Service lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Wir bedanken uns für diesen unbeschreiblich schönen Aufenthalt in ihrem Haus.

Cons:

Gut die Baustelle mit Blick aus dem Fenster und die Container vor den Frühstücksräumen ist gerade nicht so toll.
Das der Innenhof zum Abend gesperrt war und für die Raucher nur die Raucherlounge nutzbar war. Gerne hätte ich mein Abend mit Getränk im Innenhof genutzt, bei sommerlichen Temperaturen.

This was a relaxing and nice way to stay in Hamburg, with easy access to everything.
Pros:

The hotel has a very specific exclusive and old-fashioned luxury, seldom found nowadays. Our car and luggage were taken care of as we parked outside the hotel - nice! The hotel has a very luxurious design with a huge lobby, nice bars and restaurants on the ground floor. The staff is very attentive. The room we got was large with a large and well-equipped bathroom with both a bath tub and a large shower cabin. The location is very good.

Pros:

Wunderbar renoviertes und saniertes Hotel, obwohl der Spa-Bereich noch nicht fertig ist. Baumaßnahmen sind im Gange, man spürt davon aber nichts. Nur von außen sieht man es. Sehr freundliches Personal in jedem Bereich.
