Cafe u Milch wurden 2 x nicht aufgefüllt
Von 4 morgen hatten wir 3x kaltes Wasser
Das Personal ist nicht auf uns zugekommen. Ich habe beim auschecken um Preisnachlass gefragt. Das hat dann geklappt.
Die Preise in der Bar sin zu hoch.

Perfekt zu einem korrekten Preis.
Pros:

Das Hotel Atlantik löst ein, was man von einem 5-Sterne Haus erwartet und übertrifft dies in jeder Hinsicht - ohne Einschränkung. Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Cons:

Mir hat alles Gefallen. Das Essen war hervorragend, die Bar bestens sortiert, die Angestellten haben eine hohe Dienstleistungseinstellung und machen der Tradition des Hauses heute alle Ehre.

Schon bei Anreise gab es nur kaltes Wasser, am nächsten Morgen war es aich nicht besser. An der Rezeption reklamiert. Haustechnik sagte lange das Wasser laufen lassen. Was wir auch schon Taten. Dann ging es wieder 2 Tage und dann wieder nur kaltes Wasser in der Dusche. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel geht das gar nicht.

Sehr gelungener Kurzurlaub.
Pros:

Schönes großes Zimmer, sehr sauber, alles da, was man zum Übernachten braucht. Sehr freundliches Personal. Blick über die Alster. Das Restaurant war leider ausgebucht, aber auch in der Bar bekam man leckere kleine Mahlzeiten. Das Frühstücksbufet war sehr reichhaltig. Fußläufige Entfernung zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Restaurant war ausgebucht, hätte ich vorher reservieren sollen.

Wunderbar zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, herausragendes Frühstück und top sauber.
Die neue Einrichtung der Zimmer ist hell, komfortabel und mit viel Geschmack ausgestattet.

Tolles Zimmer, schöne Lage.

Cons:

Möblierung teilweise sehr verschließen. Einen Morgen kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche wegen defektem Teil. Frühstückspersonal völlig überfordert. Einsatz von ungelernten Leiharbeitern.
