Erg mooi gelegen, goede faciliteiten en relaxed sfeer. Prima kamers

Cons:

De airconditioning werkte niet. Wanneer we hier over klaagde werd er gezegd dat de airco niet aangaat als het kouder dan 16 of 17 graden is buiten. Maar ook al was het buiten warmer de airco ging niet aan, ook al was het 27 graden. Laat in de avond hebben we gevraagd dit op te lossen. Hiervoor zou een techneut komen maar later bleek die niet te komen die avond maar de volgende ochtend. Hier bleven we wel voor wakker. De volgende ochtend geen techneut en er was niet opgelost. Ook kwamen we later vast te zitten in de lift omdat onze kaart niet meer geactiveerd was. De alarmknop werkt ook niet dus doordat er gelukkig iemand de lift gebruikte konden we er uit komen. Toen ik dat verteld leek het de personeelslid niet echt uit te maken.

Die Lage ist unübertroffen-das Zimmer war diesmal super.Sehr schön renoviert.

Cons:

Am Sonntag war das Frühstücksrestaurant völlig überfordert-wenn die zweite Etage geöffnet wird,sollte dort zumindest auch eine Grundausstattung (Wasser etc.) angeboten werden und uns haben echt die netten Barkeeper gefehlt-wäre schön, wenn man aus dem Theater kommt,ein gepflegtes Glas zu trinken zumal die Minibar im Zimmer nicht gefüllt ist.Als Gast ist es wenig hilfreich zu erfahren, dass man seit 3Stunden der erste Gast ist und zum Glas wird gleich die Rechnung gereicht mit dem Hinweis-das ist die letzte Runde-( wir hatten nur eine)

Warmer Pool

Cons:

Frühstück hatte nichts mit der Sterne Kategorie zu tun, ich fühlte mich nicht wohl, es war laut viele Menschen. Angebot der Speise war sehr gut aber wegen den viele Leuten hat das klasse gefehlt.
