Pros:

Position in a game changer for this hotel. 300 Mt to ZoolischerGarten S Bahnhof and in front of a U Station. Big rooms, fantastic breakfast, huge lobby

Cons:

For environmental preservation reasons, you have to ask for a complete change and cleaning room. No other negative pounts

ארוחת בוקר מצוינת ומגוונת; קיבלנו מילוי כל בקשותינו לבטיחות במקלחת; מיזוג אוויר כשורה;
מילוי בקשותנו לגבי מצעי המיטה; מיקום המלון מצויין. כל הצוותים נעימים ואדיבים מאד ובאו לקראתנו.
מסעדה מצויינת 3 דקות מן המלון (Ottenthal) במחירים סבירים (לערב להזמין מראש).
מדובר במלון שעבר שיפוץ כללי לפני כחצי שנה.

Cons:

היה רצוי זרם מים מעט יותר חזק (קומה שישית!)

Hotel sehr gut, Roomservice könnte etwas genauer sein.
Pros:

Das Personal, das Frühstücksbuffet, die Einrichtung und die Lage des Hotels waren super!

Cons:

Der Roomservice war/ist leider nicht so genau. Leider wurde das Zimmer nicht gründlich sauber gemacht. Der Boden wurde leider nicht gesaugt. Staubfusseln vor und nach dem Roomservice waren genau am gleicher Stelle auf dem Boden. Leider den ganzen 4tätigen Aufenthalt so. Die Reinigung war nur sehr oberflächlich.

Detalles muy precarios para el costo de la habitación, las toallas finas y viejas, el baño con humedad y hongos, la cafetera sucia.
