A bit outdated.
Did not honor my request to have higher floors for harborview rooms on higher floors even though emailed way in advance.
Ended up in room by elevator with an old door that was hard to close.
Poeer went out for 2 jours sr 2am

Overnight with the wife. Excellent spot with great views.
Pros:

Water views and staff were excellent

Cons:

Only valet with acception of a parking garage near by that it was a bit of a walk. The walk can be done by the river which made it enjoyable.

Aye ok besides the one valet guy

Cons:

Room A/C needs a tune up. Was cooling down room fast enough. Gave valet my keys while I was checking in. He drove my car so hard around the circle I heard it in the lobby. I have a dodge scat pack. I almost punched him in his mouth but my wife talked me out of it. Things like that causes unnecessary problems. Medium height dark skin guy with dreads. Will never give valet my keys again. I’m sure you can play the video back and see him in action. He needs disciplinary action.

It was expensive for what it was and the bathroom tub was dirty and the tub head was loose. Also expensive stay and had to pay for parking too

Pros:

Breakfast could have been hotter and a little bit more variety and the location you just is nowhere to go. There's no stores near. Got to walk far or you got to take a ferry or you got to get a uber location was not good for us older ladies that were at the women's retreat.

Cons:

The rooms the down the downstairs and coming in part was wonderful but when you got upstairs in the hallways and then to the rooms they need to be updated the tub the shower area The beds the pillows rooms The walls the ceilings needs to be updated.

Cons:

Asked for early check in however wasnt able to accommodate which is understandable but rooms with 2 beds weren't available at check in time so they gave us a room with a king and sofa bed carried everything to room to find out there was only a king bed so back to the front desk to wait for another room finally in a room with a king and a sofa bed
Service at the restaurant was a little slow but food was very.good Breakfast bar was definitely not worth the money as they were out of food and not restocking hardly
