Pros:

The room and the service were top notch.

Cons:

The one thing that bothered me was the water temp in the shower was finicky to adjust to a comfortable temperature.

Spark is our new favorite hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast bar is excellent. Everything is fresh and there are many options to choose from. Staff is very efficient and attentive. They work very hard to keep everything well stocked.
Location is very convenient to downtown Lancaster and all tourist areas.
Love the partial cleaning option for longer stays.

Cons:

Pool hours should be until 9pm. Kids were playing in the pool well last 10.
There should be a tip jar for the breakfast staff.

Pros:

The hotel itself was very clean and pleasing to the eye. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air quality in the room and hotel was perfect. I had a wonderful stay and plan to only stay at this hotel moving forward. Thank you!

Pros:

Closer to historic places, location good and clean fascilities

Cons:

Kind of small, but cafeteria bigger than others
Pool outdoors, very small!!

Greatly enjoyed the stay
Pros:

Everything was excellent. Had a flat tire and front desk immediately recommended Roberts Tire service. Had tire fixed and changed within 30 minutes
