Clean and comfortable, friendly staff
Pros:

I believe the hotel had been completely remodeled summer 2025. It showed! It was in excellent condition, all new and clean and kept that way. The staff were very friendly. For breakfast, I just had to eat and run, but it met my needs. Unfortunately I had to cancel my 2nd night a few days before my visit, and the manager was very cooperative with that request also.

Great place ... Bring a book!
Pros:

Place is nearly new, staff was helpful and welcoming, bed was comfy, a/c was spot on, but the TV had no live channels!. Bring a book or your streaming subscriptions.

Nice Hotel in Lancaster
Pros:

This was the first time staying at the Spark by Hilton. We did stay there a few times when it was the Fairfield Marriott. The room was very spacious and clean. I love the fact that they had shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and liquid hand soap available. Especially the liquid hand soap, its better than a bar soap in my opinion. The beds were comfortable, however, the pillows could use some updating. They were a bit too soft for me. Overall, a great stay and I would stay there again. One tip: ask about housekeeping services, because they only clean room every other day, unless you ask.

The one thing that bothered me was the water temp in the shower was finicky to adjust to a comfortable temperature.

Spark is our new favorite hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast bar is excellent. Everything is fresh and there are many options to choose from. Staff is very efficient and attentive. They work very hard to keep everything well stocked.
Location is very convenient to downtown Lancaster and all tourist areas.
Love the partial cleaning option for longer stays.

Cons:

Pool hours should be until 9pm. Kids were playing in the pool well last 10.
There should be a tip jar for the breakfast staff.

Very nice
Pros:

First of all, the hotel staff was very accommodating. I let them know that I'm a disabled veteran, and I need an Ada room. The staff I think her name was Laura was very accommodating, and gave me another room room was very modern, very clean myself and my fiancé were very happy with the whole stay, but one thing I have to say I was kind of disappointed, but the the breakfast offered by the hotel normally. Hotels offer some type of hot food along with coal foods. Other than bagels, there was really no other choices to make other than that.We're very happy and we will definitely be staying there again.If we're in the area

The hotel itself was very clean and pleasing to the eye. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air quality in the room and hotel was perfect. I had a wonderful stay and plan to only stay at this hotel moving forward. Thank you!
