this is the worst stay at a hotel out of all my travels.
Pros:

The location and cleanliness were good. Also the room attendants did a great job with cleaning the room. The front desk staff were not pleasant to deal with. We complained to them about the smell of cigarette in the hallway and through to room. The person who came up to our room made us feel like we were lying to him. He asked other guests if she smell cigarette she said no. He made feel like we were lying. Then when he found another room to move us to, they rushed us out. It was a bad experience all round.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the front staff not trusting us when we told them we smelled cigarette in the hallway. He asked other guests if they smell it and he said they said “no.” He basically accused us of lying. I don’t plan on ever returning to this hotel. Then rushed us out of our room when they found a room for us to move into.

Also I don’t know why I have to wait 7-10 business day to get my 2000 yuan refunded. I don’t understand why they need to take the deposit to begin with. Honestly they have my credit card already if anything was damaged they can charge it to my card!

Pros:

Staff was very kind and welcoming, process check-in check-out was fast. Location is incredible. Hotel beautiful, big rooms and very clean !

Cons:

Service could have been better, no one collected our luggage when we got out of the taxi, and no one helped us get the luggages for check-out. They did not give us information about Wi-Fi, after we got the information it didn't work too well.

Overall it was valued for stay but the cigarette smelling still need to consider a problem
Pros:

Staff very friendly and nice . Room size & bed very comfortable. Location very convenient to subway station and also to shopping mall.

Cons:

They mentioned our room was a non smoking room but The room & building hall still have a very heavy cigarette smelling .. Luckily after we did request to move a “ no smelling “ room and it was better .

Cons:

We were disappointed with the level of service at the front desk. When we checked in during the afternoon, the process was unnecessarily slow and took considerably longer than expected. The check-out process was also quite inefficient. Despite our car having been waiting outside for some time, we were kept waiting while we waited for the authorisation to release our deposit.
In addition, the soundproofing in the room was inadequate, and noise from outside could be heard clearly.

Nice and conftabke stay in the hearth of Beijing
Pros:

The room was nice, we had a high floor so the view , in the distance, was also nice. The good breakfast was a big plus for my wife. Staff also nice, with the problem of almost nobody speaking english but this is the problem in whole China.

Cons:

The air on the floors hallways was very sticky and damp. Also l, completely un understandable the air in the gallery at the entrance was irespirabile!!!
